Hat tip: Joel Rosenberg blog.
If you are confused about what is transpiring in the Middle East, Joel Rosenberg will help keep you up to date. Note one of his latest posts:
Excerpt:
Once, it would have been almost preposterous even to ask such a question. Today, however, it feels like it’s a matter of “when,” not “if” Mr. Obama will formally abandon American support for the Jewish State. And the situation is rapidly going from bad to worse.
Readers of this blog may recall that I posted this column on January 14, 2015: “Will President Obama abandon or fully turn against Israel in last two years in office, amidst ISIS & Iran threats? Exclusive poll results.” According an exclusive poll I commissioned late last year, a remarkable 47.4% of Americans fear the President will turn against Israel soon given that he won’t ever face the voters again. I suspect the number would be much higher today.

In another one of Joel’s latest posts, he informs us:

In addition to Joel’s excellent reporting, I found an article via WND where Rush Limbaugh enters into the discussion regarding this BADministration’s unthinkable abandonment of one of our closest allies – Israel.

Occasionally, I have had the chance to listen to the Rush Limbaugh radio show. Several days ago (or maybe over a week ago?) a caller brought up the issue that it appears that Ozero has made a conscious effort to abandon Israel in order to make a nuke deal with Iran. He has also made the Sunni Muslim countries – especially Saudi Arabia – VERY nervous!

Would anyone have imagined the leader of Saudi Arabia siding with the leader of Israel?
Is it any wonder why the Saudi airstrikes in Yemen target rebel stronghold in north
– Fears Yemen crisis creating a proxy war in Middle East might cause confusion?
Excerpt:
Saudi Arabia bombed the northern stronghold of Yemen’s Shiite rebels and key military installations on Friday, the second day of a campaign that military officials said was aimed at neutralizing air defenses ahead of a possible ground invasion.
The intervention that began early Thursday is aimed at halting the advance of the Iran-backed rebels, known as Houthis, who have allied with a powerful former president and seized the capital and several provinces.
Once again, we have a Sunni [Arab] vs. Shiite [Persian] Muslim war!
Confused yet?
Even liberal NBC reports:
NBC’s Richard Engel: Arab Nations No Longer Trust The Obama Administration.
Back to the Limbaugh radio show.
During Limbaugh’s answer and discussion, he stated that he wasn’t going to get “end times” or “biblical” about it, but stated the obvious shift in America’s “friendliness” to one of our closest allies (Israel) towards a more hostile relationship as very disturbing! In addition, he mentioned that the Saudis (Sunni Muslim) were becoming very nervous about the secret deal that the BADministration was trying to make with Iran (Shiite Muslim).
Today, we learned that the Saudis came in to help in the Yemen conflict without telling Ozero about it.
It is now seen as 0bama’s Mideast Freefall.

‘We really are at a crisis point that is unprecedented in recent memory’
WND only had a brief excerpt. Go to Politico in order to get more of the story.
In previous posts, I have written that a CIA Expert: Obama Switched Sides in War on Terror.
And, linked to a post that shared the fact that there is The Coded Message Obama Delivers When He Says ISIL Instead Of ISIS.
Surprisingly, (to me, at least) I read an article over at WND discussing that Limbaugh went into a discussion about the end times and the biblical significance of what is currently transpiring in the Middle East.
WND:
Rush Limbaugh: ’12th imam’ like ‘Antichrist’
Talk radio host echoes analysis of end times bestseller.
Maybe Rush decided to do some “homework” and gain some education about the end times and the current situation in the Middle East? Maybe Rush is a Christian? I don’t know because I haven’t listened to his radio show often enough to know his religious beliefs. But I do know that his political explanations along with the end times discussion made for quite an interesting read over at WND! [link above]
Back to Politico.
If you read the “White House condemns rebel attacks in Yemen” article, you would read:
U.S. officials also point to progress in the fight against ISIL, which began in August. On Thursday, retired Gen. John Allen, Obama’s envoy to the coalition fighting ISIL, told the House Foreign Affairs Committee that the U.S.-led campaign is “clearly degrading” the group.
That effort also faces new uncertainty. After the U.S. began striking at militants in Tikrit, three Shiite militias with ties to Iran abandoned the fight there, protesting the American role.
Ultimately, senior Obama officials say, there are limits to what the U.S. can accomplish in the region. They argue that the chaos is fueled by ethnic and religious forces largely beyond America’s control.
And they warn against overreacting to the roller coaster of daily news headlines in an area that rarely knows calm.
“There’s a sense that the only view worth having on the Middle East is the long view,” said the State Department official. “We’ve painfully seen that good can turn to bad and bad can turn to good in an instant, which might be a sobriety worth holding on to at moments like this.”
The official offered a hopeful note, adding that a nuclear deal with Iran — which some reports say could come as soon as Sunday — could be a turning point for the region.
“The truth is, you can dwell on Yemen, or you can recognize that we’re one agreement away from a game-changing, legacy-setting nuclear accord on Iran that tackles what every one agrees is the biggest threat to the region,” the official said.
REALLY???
They are betting the whole “farm” on a “game-changing, legacy-setting nuclear accord on Iran”???
What’s more, they conclude with “[accord on Iran] that tackles what every one agrees is the biggest threat to the region.”
Now I ask readers…does it make sense to make a nuclear arms deal with the biggest state sponsor of terrorism [Iran] over the past 50 or more years and then trust them to get a nuclear bomb (HORRORS!!!) because they “agree” to not use 6,000 centrifuges in order to create a bomb over the next 10 years?? Or, do you think it would be wiser to listen to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and continue to impose heavy sanctions in order to prevent the al-taqiyya mullahs [note: it is called “sacred taqiyya”!] from EVER getting a nuclear weapon in the first place?
