Too Smart — Too Sophisticated to Believe in God?

The following post over at American Thinker starts off discussing the suicide of Anthony Bourdain, and shares a pertinent Bible verse.

“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36) Bourdain was famous, and worth $16 million.

Kate Spade’s suicide happened shortly afterwards.  What would bring millionaires like this to such despair that they would take their own lives?

We found out that Robin Williams killed himself because of a disease he had and he didn’t want to be a burden to his family.

I’m no expert on why people commit suicide, but apparently there could be many reasons why people, unfortunately, follow through on it.

But this post isn’t only about that tragic state of affairs.  The next paragraph in Mr. Marcus’ post is the main reason I wanted to share it here.

Folks, we live is such an evil time that merely suggesting that people are better off with God in their lives is venomously attacked and branded fanatical religious hate speech. But I am going to go there anyway.

Have you noticed that oftentimes, evangelical Christians are being blamed on news programs for the election of Donald J. Trump?  Never mind those 30% (a diverse crowd, by the way) who had voted for Obama in the two previous presidential elections, but decided to vote for Trump over Clinton in 2016!

Below is the rest of Mr. Marcus’ essay.   His brilliant essay included many of the thoughts and conclusions that I have come to believe regarding the hatred being spewed here in America ever since the election of 2016.

 

Mr. Bourdain, and I suspect Ms. Spade, were leftists. Typically, leftists think themselves too smart -– too sophisticated to believe in God. Remember the closed-door fundraising event at which Obama demeaned fly-over-country voters for clinging to their guns and religion?

On the Christian-hating “View” TV show, Joy Behar called Vice President Pence “mentally ill” for saying he talks to Jesus. Historian David Barton documents how America was founded upon our Founders praying and receiving guidance from God.

In 1798, founding father John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.” Today, Christian politicians are branded “dangerous” by leftist-dominated mainstream media.

The Democrat party hijacked by leftists removed God from their platform. When Democrats voted God back into their platform the convention floor erupted with angry boos. Can you imagine a political party so wicked that they boo God?

Leftists laugh at Christians. Leftists erroneously believe man is the ultimate power, capable of regulating equal outcomes. They foolishly believe man can save or destroy the planet. Michael Crichton brilliantly articulates leftist folly in his novel Jurassic Park. Believing themselves to be wiser than God, leftists always fight to change God’s original intent regarding biology, marriage, and gender.

This scripture nails the leftist mindset. “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.” (Romans 1:22) Folks, we witness their foolishness every day. They say that if a man awakes feeling like a woman that day, he should be legally permitted to use public women restrooms. They say that teachers addressing students as boys and girls is hateful and exclusive and must not be tolerated. They say four-year-olds must be introduced to homosexuality and taught “gay love is beautiful”.

For eight years Obama forced anti-God extreme liberal foolishness down the throats of mainstream commonsense thinking Americans. Thank God Trump is rolling back Obama’s war on Christianity, restoring our constitutional religious liberty.

Obama was the left’s dream president. He aggressively stripped the God of Christianity from our government. Obama chastised Christians at the National Prayer Breakfast. He relentlessly tried to bully the one-hundred-year-old Little Sisters of the Poor into funding abortion services, an anathema against their religious convictions. Obama enthusiastically honored homosexuals, Black Lives Matter, and Muslims with celebrations at the White House while turning away the National Day of Prayer. Obama was the most biblically-hostile president in U.S. history.

Disney’s movie, A Wrinkle in Time, starring Oprah Winfrey struggled at the box office. Perhaps the reason is leftist producers stripped Bible quotes, a reference to Jesus and historical Christian figures from the movie adaptation of the beloved children’s book.

While threatening to jail anyone disrespectful of Islam, leftists boldly display disdain for Christianity. They hate Jesus for saying, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)

How dare Jesus declare himself the only way to heaven. Liberal media goddess Oprah has decreed that Jesus is not the only way to God. Oprah foolishly professes herself to be wise, too enlightened to believe Jesus Christ is the only path to God.

The gangster movie Scarface has a strong biblical message. Drug lord Tony Montana had everything he thought would bring him happiness; power, a mountain of cocaine, extreme wealth, and beautiful women at his command. And yet, Tony was miserable. All Tony’s stuff could not fill that spiritual void inside which produces peace, happiness, and a fulfilled life.

Sadly, Mr. Bourdain’s and Ms. Spade’s extreme wealth, power, and fame failed to produce inner peace and happiness. Both are unfortunate casualties of leftist mindsets, too smart and too sophisticated to humbly trust in the God of Christianity.

Personal story.

A few days ago, I got into a conversation with someone with whom I have known for a long time.  She appeared to be conservative, and has claimed that she is a Christian.  Some tough situations within her family life had caused great pain and sorrow.  During our subsequent discussions, she rarely mentioned anything about her faith anymore.

I have been trying to avoid getting into left vs. right arguments with people who dislike President Trump.  However, in this case I realized that this particular woman did not know basic facts about the last election or the vitriol that followed and has been ratcheted up over the last 20 months.

She objected to Trump winning, despite the popular vote that Hillary ended up with on election day.  I explained to her why the Founders decided to utilize the Electoral College method when electing the president.  She truly did not understand it until I had explained it.

During our conversation, she indicated that she personally dislikes Trump.  I agreed that he isn’t the typical, smooth politician and that he has said some regrettable things.  However, despite his personal failings,  I shared several of the many accomplishments of his administration and she agreed that he is doing a good job of turning this nation around.

I mention this because of the above article written by Lloyd Marcus.  People, Mr. Marcus completely NAILED IT in regards to the void of proper discussions going on today.  Instead, it’s only hatred, meanness, derision, mocking, threatening, and dangerous vitriol that is constantly being spewed by radical leftists.  Many, apparently, cannot even fathom having a decent conversation with those on the right or those who support President Trump.

Obama was their “prized” president.  He espoused most of everything on the leftist side of the political spectrum that they believe in.  But, even when he didn’t like some of the policies that came about, they forgave him (or ignored the issue) because of their love and agreement of this man’s political ideology.  They had the mentality that Obama “could do nothing wrong” and the media of mass deception kept that image alive by oftentimes not reporting the truth.

Now, because President Trump is mostly the complete opposite of Obama, the leftists have, and continue to be, losing their collective minds.  The media and celebrity negative rancor dominates 95% of the news broadcasts; oftentimes completely ignoring all of the great accomplishments that President Trump has done for our nation, economy, and people.

It’s truly sad that so many people do not allow those with opposing views a voice on news programs.  They ignore the other side in their conversations.  More distressing, is that when they report, they can’t seem to do it without being hostile, nasty or even downright hate-filled and dangerous!

God heard our prayers in 2016 and in His Sovereignty, guided Donald J. Trump to run for the Republican nomination, and then win the Presidency! Thank you, Lord Jesus!

I continue to pray that the Deep State swamp is finally exposed (and drained!) for all the American people to see; and for those who are involved in such evil – that they get arrested, tried, prosecuted and put in jail for their egregious crimes!

If you have any relatives or friends who are (unfortunately) watching the fake news media of mass deception stations (I know people who are continually being fooled by the liars in media, and it’s tough to convince them of the propaganda being spewed daily), show this essay to them so that they can be much more informed about what has been going on and why so many fake news proponents on TV who are on the liberal- leftist side of politics (and, are obviously still bitter about HiLIARy losing the election!) tried so hard to push a false narrative in order to destroy President Trump’s election and his positive, America First agenda for the American people!

Prophetic update: Is the Great Deception here?

Some call it fake news. Jesus called it deception. When His disciples asked about the signs of the last days, Jesus began by giving His followers this warning: “Take heed that no one deceives you” (Matthew 24:4).

We live in an age of deception – fake news, false advertising, viral lies and click bait. The mainstream media perpetrate falsehoods regularly, as do various alternative media.

But one of the major sources of 21^st-century deception can be found in an unlikely place: our schools. For instance, the U.S. Department of Education urges all public schools to teach Islam.

It’s really just thinly veiled propaganda, though they would certainly not use that word. The DoE says schools should teach Islam “to create an anti-bias learning environment.”

Many regularly teach the religious doctrine that God and Allah are the same. Forget the “separation of church and state” arguments for the moment. This one teaching alone is a form of gross – and deadly – deception. And the deception is being inculcated in our malleable children, by order of the state!

In 2017, truth became even more subservient to political correctness. Isaiah 5:20 says, in part, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil …” Those words perfectly describe the pervasive spirit of deception that seems to have settled upon our world.

Another sign of the end times is an increase in the persecution of those who name the name of Jesus Christ.

Christianity Today reported, “For the third year in a row, the modern persecution of Christians worldwide has hit another record high.” Fox News said, “Nearly one in 12 Christians across the globe lives in an area where there is high-level persecution against members of the religion.”

A Yemeni man called “Sam” told CBN News: “Life for Christians in Yemen is very hard. For that matter, across the Middle East, there’s not a country where Christians are not suffering for their faith. This is our reality.”

But 2017 also found the persecution of Christians arise in unexpected places. Canada enacted Bill 89, which gives the state the power to take a child away from his or her parents if they do not agree that their child is transgender.

Jack Fonseca of Campaign Life Coalition warned: “[W]e’ve entered an era of totalitarian power by the state, such as never witnessed in Canada’s history. … Bill 89 is a grave threat to Christians and all people of faith.”

Even in America, it is becoming dangerous to be a Christian – especially one who is willing to take a stand for Judeo-Christian values. In 2017, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the case of Jack Phillips, the Colorado baker who declined to make a wedding cake for a homosexual couple. His story is a reminder that following Christ may soon harm a believer’s ability to hold a job or run his own business in a Western nation.

Over the last few decades, some Bible scholars have postulated that the “mark of the beast” might be a computer chip inserted under a person’s skin. The chip would serve as an identifier and repository of vast amounts of information about the individual.

From critical medical information to credit and banking information, the chip would guarantee security and convenience. It would also make possible an amazing Bible prophecy concerning the Antichrist’s partner, the False Prophet.

Revelation 13:16-17 foretells, “He causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand, or on their forehead, and he provides that no one should be able to buy or sell, except the one who has the mark.”

In July of 2017, a company in Wisconsin implanted tiny computer chips into the hands of about 50 employee volunteers. These chips only allow them to open doors and buy snacks from vending machines without money. In other words, they’re to make things more convenient for the busy employees. The Bible is very clear on what needs to happen before Jesus’s return and the birth pains this world will go through before his return. Nearly all these signs have either already come into being or are in the process of manifesting into our very lives whether we want this to happen or not..!!! Great article, right on target. America has a poor teaching problem. We are # 36 out of 75 countries taking the international testing (PITA). We teach everything except the basics. Truly, our nation and others are facing the Judgment of God. There is so much disunity in the USA, violence, hatred and rejection of the Bible, we are truly in the last times. The Tribulation spoken of in the Bible is going to be a shocker to this world.

Cameras have eyes like the eyes of man.

That bit of prophecy in Daniel 7:8 is telling us that there won’t be many places to hide from the kingdom of the Anti-Messiah, for camera eyes shall be virtually everywhere. That’s one of many ways in which his kingdom shall as much as possible mimic the coming kingdom of the true Messiah. If people understood that, they wouldn’t be off on a wild-goose chase looking for a Muslim Antichrist…

Why are people so upset with President Trump? Sure, he rubs some people the wrong way. He says unexpected and, sometimes, inappropriate things. He speaks – or tweets – when maybe he should stay silent.

But when you look beyond his bluster and just look at his actions and record, he’s mostly a moderate, right-of-center politician – not at all out of the mainstream.

I think the real reason so many people are obsessed with destroying President Trump can be found in his resistance to the New World Order.

In 2017, he refused to recertify the Iran nuclear deal. He formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. He pulled the United States out of the Paris Climate Accord. And, believe it or not, by doing that and by seeking to return autonomy and sovereignty to the United States – and bring Judeo-Christian values back to the public square – President Trump may have complicated the build-up to the Antichrist’s one-world government.

And doing that guarantees him some terribly powerful enemies – including Satan himself.

That’s why, as we enter 2018, it is so critical that all believers follow Paul’s admonition: “I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, in order that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity” (1 Timothy 2:1-2).

I would go a step further. I urge you to pray earnestly and daily specifically for our president and vice president. Pray that God will encourage them, give them wisdom and determination, and protect them as they stand in the gap for the America we know and love.

Some people consider the Trump Presidency as a type of reprieve from what is eventually going to come as a result of end times prophecy.  Of course, that would depend upon one’s political, social, and religious beliefs.  Those that hate President Trump [for whatever reason(s)] will likely NEVER see the good that he has accomplished in the first year of his presidency.

No matter what, keep praying people!

Propaganda Brainwashing Much?

Had a conversation with someone (“W”) recently that included some discussion about the obvious propaganda that the media of mass deception has spewed about President Donald Trump.

Before this conversation, I did not discuss the election, nor our individual views about it with W, so I wasn’t sure who he had voted for in November, 2016.

The subject only came up because of an elderly person we both know who was having depression problems in her life.  I told W, “when H shared about 10 minutes of time disparaging Trump during a phone conversation that we had a week or two ago, I encouraged her to stop watching the fake news reports and put something that is entertaining on TV…like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.”

He replied, “she does watch those shows, but she has been very disturbed about what has been on the news lately.”

I replied, “much of what the media is covering in a non-stop way is just propaganda designed to turn more viewers against Trump because even after 8 months, they can’t get over the fact that their candidate lost!”

He replied, “whether you watch Fox News or any other news station, that is a debatable statement, and ongoing investigations will prove what is true or not.”  He also stated, “H is worried about what is going on with North Korea shooting a missile over Japan and Hurricane Harvey.”

I thought to myself, this conversation isn’t going to go well.

I have found that people who either don’t have the time (which is what I suspect in this man’s case) to seek out alternative news sources (especially those that aren’t 100% liberal/progressive/only pro-Democrat in viewpoints) online, do not get the entire picture of what is going on between the Deep State of Washington D.C. vs. the We The People’s choice of Donald Trump for President.

I was tempted to email some links to him, showing how corrupt the Clintons are [here’s just one big example!]; and have been for decades!

I wanted to share how many of the media outlets no longer cover the news in a “straight news” fashion or tone, and how what they are spewing isn’t the truth but made up memes (Russia, Russia Russia?!) in order to get President Trump out of office.

I was getting worried that W might be one of those who also desire that very thing!

I wanted to show him the following graphic, which shows how each news station covered President Trump over his first 100 days in office.

Plus, there is another one that shows the “tone” of coverage on issues:

So…this is what H has been seeing and hearing about on her network news shows each and every night!  (I doubt that she watches Fox News, which is at least more balanced than any other news outlet.)

In the second graphic, the only topic where President Trump gets any type of balanced coverage is on the economy!

Another thing that I wanted to mention to W was that the horrible hurricane Harvey had not occurred yet when I spoke to H about her fears and, quite frankly, her hatred for President Trump.  She was using language that I know, for a fact, she was just repeating from the fake news people on the alphabet stations!

If those two graphics alone do not indicate that the mainstream media outlets are guilty of spreading propaganda in order to turn people against Trump, I really don’t know how anyone could think otherwise about the matter!

The propaganda/misinformation campaign has been going on for a long time!  Check out the statements made in this graphic:

There is hope, however, that out of tragedy, the American people can heal the division and come together again.

The devastation of Hurricane Harvey is in direct contrast to the heartfelt prayers and joining together of people of all political, racial, economic, and religious backgrounds in order to help those in need at this very difficult time!

I’m praying that people will sit up and take notice that they no longer need to be fooled by the media bias going on over the last 8 months, and thus such unity will help to overcome the divisions we have been relentlessly exposed to on the news! 

It is encouraging to me that the far-leftist hate groups (like Antifa – supported by GeorgEVIL Soros, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and many others) are finally being recognized for who they really are and have officially been labeled as a terrorist group!

Look…I could share dozens of website links with W (where he would get news that is often being censored by the media of mass deception); including those that I often visit…

I find that people who have made up their minds on a matter seldom WANT the truth. They want to believe what they want to believe, and that settles it!

And…don’t even get me started on the “racist” excuses being used in order to destroy and take down historical statues!  We must ask ourselves questions about what is happening!

Why now?

Why not when Obama was in office?

What is the purpose of attempting to erase a certain era in the history of our nation?

What statues are next?

What is the goal in all of this?

This is serious subject matter!  And, to understand the “Alinsky Rules for Radicals” techniques that are being used to brain-dirty and ratchet up the grievance crowd into a frenzy, please see my previous post.

In the midst of all of this vitriol, hatred, division, fake news etc., we know that God is still on His throne in heaven and wants to lead us towards the saving grace provided by His Son, Jesus Christ!

How Can We Distinguish Between Deception and Truth?

The current onslaught of the “fake news” meme today can often be confusing.  How can one know whether or not an article or news report from the media is true or fake these days?

Well, Kingsjester’s Blog has a great post up today that shares the fact that almost 2/3rds of people polled believe that the media of mass deception is full of fake news.

My comment there:

Thanks for sharing this poll with your readers. I often wondered what percentage of people in our nation were falling for the made-up Trump/Russia meme. Glad to see that at least 2/3 recognize the lies of the media of mass deception!

At the rate that these stories are being debunked, most Americans have accurately surmised that the MSM’s “anonymous sources” are the voices inside their own over-sized heads.

Sad…but true! And it made me laugh, too!

Did you see (or hear) President Trump’s commencement speech at Liberty University? It was wonderful! I loved how he included that the naysayers in life should be ignored and that the students should never, ever give up on their goals!

I actually feel sorry for the snowflakes in the liberal universities and colleges that are having their heads filled with progressive propaganda. I pray that someone will share the truth of the written Word of the Bible and the “peace that surpasses all understanding,” the Living Word, Jesus Christ with them.

The following is a portion of a post that was shared back in 2013 at my former blog.  It holds true even more today, as the perpetuation of lies has increased even more since that post was written!  The question isn’t really “what” can help you distinguish between deception and truth.  The question (and ultimately the answer) is Who can help you do this!

Deception Can Cause Many to Suffer
The Bible has a lot to say about deception.  This post will not be totally comprehensive about the subject of deception and/or deceiving people.  However, it will give us some insight into the machinations of this type of evil and what it tragically often leads to in this fallen world.

Deceit (a.k.a. dishonesty, lying, tricking) is a tool used by people in order to accomplish certain outcomes in which they desire to reap power, monetary gain, fame, tyranny over others, and a whole host of other reasons.  The ability to “get away with it” in a world of disinformation runs rampant.  People don’t know what to believe anymore.  They are so conditioned to believe what they are told on the news.  But, what if the “news” being reported is not the truth?  What if many are being told to lie to us?  What if they are “programmed” to trick us into believing even the most bizarre event(s) ever seen by mankind; just because the ignorant and uninformed continue to trust them?

People who are propped up as being “dignified” and “above the fray” are often the very same individuals who deceive the most.  Getting away with dishonesty is easy when so many others are either mesmerized by a popular (but deceptive) individual and thus miss the fact that such a popular person is actually complicit in the lies being perpetrated.

The Bible informs us just who is called the deceiver.

Read Revelation 12:1-9.

However, the key Bible verse is:

This great dragon–the ancient serpent called the Devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world–was thrown down to the earth with all his angels.  (Revelation 12:9)

We can see that the Bible describes Satan as the deceiver.  The devil is not some cartoon character or made up entity.  He was originally an angel of God whose pride made him corrupt.  The name Satan means “adversary” or “accuser” (12:10).

As 1 Peter 5:8-9 informs us, Satan actively looks for people to attack.  He especially likes to seek out believers who may be young in the faith, vulnerable in some way, or not involved in fellowship with other believers.

Despite the fact that God allows (due to Adam and Eve’s choice to do evil in the Garden of Eden) the devil to do his work in the world, God is still in control.

Unbelievers often try to mock Christians for their beliefs.  They hate Christ and try to diminish the fact that Jesus has complete power over Satan.  This was demonstrated during Christ’s three-year ministry on the earth.  Scripture tells us that when Jesus was tempted by Satan, Christ used Scripture to send him away.  Only the Word of God was needed to make Satan flee!!   That is an important fact to remember!

You may or may not know (or believe) that when Jesus died for the sins of mankind and rose from the dead, it was at that moment that Satan’s future was doomed and Jesus has the keys to heaven where he goes to create mansions in eternity for believers.  Revelation 20:10 tells us that one day Satan will be bound forever, never again to do his evil work. (1)

Next, read John 8:42-47.

The key Bible verse:

You are the children of your father the Devil, and you love to do the evil things he does.  He was a murderer from the beginning and has always hated the truth.  There is no truth in him.  When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies.  (John 8:44)

[Notice that] Jesus called Satan the father of lies.  The attitudes and actions of these leaders clearly identified them as follower of Satan.  They may not have been conscious of this, but their hatred of truth, their lies, and their murderous intentions indicated how much control the devil had over them.  They were his tools in carrying out his plans; they spoke the very same language of lies.  Satan still uses people to obstruct God’s work (Genesis 4:8; Romans 5:12; 1 John 3:12). (2)

From the John 8:44 verse, we learn that lying “is consistent with his (the Devil’s) character.”  Satan was “a murderer from the beginning and has always hated the truth.”  There is “no truth in him.”  What’s even more disturbing is the realization that the “children of your father, the Devil, love to do the evil things he does.”

The Devil can have much control over the un-saved.  They can become “his tools in carrying out his plans.”  They speak “the very same language of lies.”  Also, see the Bible verses that describe how Satan uses people to obstruct God’s work.

No wonder Jesus told us that He is the truth! Christ informs us that God’s Word is Truth!   And the “truth will set you (us) free!”

People will lie, deceive, hurt and murder others because they hate the truth (Jesus Christ).  There is no truth in them, and they LOVE to do the evil things that Satan does.

I don’t know about you, dear reader, but when I see what is going on in this world of lies, deceit, sin, evil and death, I sometimes shake my head in disbelief that others don’t recognize that they are being lied to and so heavily deceived!!  However, when I delve back into God’s Word, I realize that we have been warned of this.  Deception is exponentially getting worse because we are heading closer and closer towards the end times.

So, we might ask what happens when we deceive others?

Bible reading:  Luke 8:16-18

Key Bible verse:

Everything that is hidden or secret will eventually be brought to light and made plain to all. (Luke 8:17)

We cannot hide our sins from God.  In God’s eyes, people’s hearts–their thoughts and motives–are as visible as a lamp mounted in the open.  No matter how hard we try to cover up bad attitudes, deeds, or words, we cannot deceive God.  Instead of hiding our faults, we should ask God to change our life so we no longer have to be ashamed.  If you are trying to hide anything from God, it won’t work.  Only when you confess your hidden sins and seek God’s forgiveness will you have the help you need to do right. (3)

The only way to avoid falling prey to deceit is to ask God to help you distinguish between deception and truth.

The Last Refuge Blog: Harvard Media Study Finds Trump Derangement Syndrome is Very Real…

Most thinking and discerning Americans already knew that President Trump has been bombarded (unfairly…I might add!) with harsh, negative coverage by the media of mass deception!  However, when a Harvard Media study is released that shows proof of this propaganda-led deceptive coverage, the unnecessary hatred being spewed by these awful people, masquerading as news reporters,  becomes crystal clear!

Combine Trump’s masterful performance at that Presser with his steadily rising (55%) Approval Rating, found at http://RasmussenReports.com, and it turned into a very enjoyable day for those of us who voted for him out here in America’s Heartland.

So, why are all of us still walking around with a smile on our faces?

We have an AMERICAN President again!

President Donald J. Trump is one of US.

America was formed by men seeking FREEDOM. She grew and prospered because of an indomitable will and spirit forged through the Refiner’s Fire, guided by the common-sense words, inscribed in our Constitution, and administered through a Constitutional Republic. Our nation’s largesse and strength comes through the actions and character of her citizens, not through the usurpation of power by professional politicians, who has long since lost touch with their constituency.

I watched the news conference a second time late last night. Got even more out of it! I think you are exactly right that this particular news conference will be watched and studied by many patriots in our nation. The childish antics of the Democrat operatives are being exposed for what they are – The ranting and ravings of losers who cannot get over the results of the election!

When President Trump discussed his attempts to meet with congressman Cummings and how it was revealed that Elijah decided not to meet with him was absolutely epic! It just goes to show that people like Cummings do not genuinely care about fixing the inner city problems. His main concern is about being re-elected and keeping his cushy job and high tax-payer paid salary.

I wish I could explain and convey this information to those who were, and continue to be anti-Trump. But I know that they will not accept this because they watch the media of mass deception stations on TV and take what they say as the truth. Therefore, I avoid discussing politics with them.

President Trump was absolutely correct – the hatred being spewed against him by networks like CNN is undeniable! The lies put forth by the deceptive media are stirring activists to protest and destroy property and injure people who were, and are, Trump supporters. What many television watchers don’t know is that these protesters are being paid by George-evil Soros-Satan (GeorgEvil SoroSatan – the name fits, doesn’t it?)! It is really sad to know that many of the protesters who are interviewed by reporters like Jesse Watters from Fox News do not even know why they are there! But don’t get me started on the crazy, foul-mouthed and disgusting celebrities who spew hatred and untruths about President Trump and his administration!

Sharyl Attkisson joined Steve Malzberg for a discussion that included the “propaganda of fake news,” a topic that she included in her current book, “The Smear.” Malzberg offers his views, saying, “To me it’s just insane, to me it’s fascism from the left, but in fact the fake news is the so-called mainstream media in so many cases.” He asks, “And you know when it’s worse, in my view, and you can disagree with me, feel free.

Malzberg answers his own question, “Fake news by omission, it’s what they don’t talk about, what they leave out as we just discussed with the chipping away at the freedom of the press under Obama. It’s when they don’t bring up issues or shy away from them or outright say, ‘oh no,no,no – we don’t talk about that here,’ that’s the biggest sin of fake news, the sin of omission.”

Attkisson concurs, saying, “I call it the soft censorship that we engage in ourselves by leaving out stories or allowing ourselves to be stopped from presenting certain stories and yes, I agree with that. But I take a step back, and this is covered in my book, ‘The Smear,’ I had to stuff this in at the last minute, but before about September 13th, if you search the news, you won’t find many or any mentions of fake news.”

She notes, “But as soon as there was, in my view, a propaganda campaign to put this on the plate of the American public, the news media and politicians, including ‘president’ Obama, went hog-wild with the term and it started making headlines every day.”

“It wasn’t a new invention,” observes Attkisson, “and yes, fake news exists, but the idea that there’s a huge campaign behind it to controversialize [sic] certain reports and censor, in my view, certain views is a propaganda campaign. And I think when David Brock, Hillary Clinton’s ally from Media Matters, announced that he would be the arbiter, or help be the arbiter of so-called fake news, I think that’s where it sealed the deal that the whole thing is a propaganda effort and a political effort.”

She describes it as “not really an honest effort to seek out facts but more to determine for other people what truth they should hear.” Brock is not only associated with Hillary Clinton, he’s a Soros operative as is his organization, Media Matters. If he’s connected to this censorship, whatever anyone is allowed to see will not be the truth, that much is guaranteed.

There are so many positive factors that resulted in Trump’s victory!  We The People did not fall for the propaganda that most of the media of mass deception tried to push upon the electorate!  And, they are still trying to do it!  Martin Sheen and all of the Hollyweird actors who appeared in that stupid commercial should all be ashamed of themselves!  I don’t even want to watch any of them in movies or on TV anymore!  They are all a bunch of lying doofuses!!!

I read an article a while ago that stated that the homosexual “marriage” decision by the Extreme Court may have given a small victory to the LGBTXYZ crowd, but it came at a cost. That sweeping decision (similar to the horrid abortion decision in 1973) took away States rights on the issue. The writer of the article said that such a decision helped cause the Democrats to lose the election.

I think that was part of it. But there are so many other issues that Trump campaigned on that made the difference in the votes of “fly-over” states, as well as even some former Dem stronghold states. Trump’s campaign may have not been perfect, but it was brilliant in how he stayed on message regarding the issues that most sane people care about!

God had His hand upon America in this election! Prayer and the evangelical vote was huge in the victory. I’m so grateful that as a Never HiLIARy voter, she was soundly defeated! Now, I just continue to hope and pray that the Clintons, 0bamas, and all of their evil ilk will be relegated to the dustbin of history.

Gay Trump Supporter Gunned Down in Cold Blood, Media Yawns

When I heard the very sad and tragic news about another police officer being shot in cold blood when he sat in his patrol car while writing a traffic ticket, apparently many or most of the networks in the media-of-mass-deception decided to leave certain details out of the report.  I heard about this awful incident on the Fox News Channel.  When the perpetrator was caught and revealed as a young black man (who claimed that he did it in anger because he wasn’t allowed to see his son), I thought that perhaps he was a member of the anti-police officers BLM movement.

But there is more to this story.

While perusing links at my former blog, Jammie Wearing Fools reports that, “Gay Trump Supporter Gunned Down in Cold Blood, Media Yawns.”

Weird how the media largely ignores certain facts about slain San Antonio police detective Ben Marconi. With the wave of bogus “hate crimes” the media’s been inundating us with, isn’t it worth mentioning this detective was a gay Trump supporter?

Tragedy struck in San Antonio over the weekend when Detective Benjamin Marconi was killed in the line of duty.

Detective Marconi, a 20-year veteran of the force, was ambushed while writing a traffic ticket in his car. A man in a black vehicle pulled behind the squad car, walked toward the passenger’s side of the police car, and shot the officer in the head, San Antonio police Chief William P. McManus said at an during a press conference Sunday.

The suspect shot a second time before fleeing the scene. Detective Marconi was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

“This is everyone’s worst nightmare,” McManus said. “It’s always difficult, especially in this day and age where police are being targeted across the country, and hopefully we’ll solve this one real quick.”

A piece of human garbage was arrested for the murder late Monday. Let’s hope he’s executed after trial.

Now, let’s think for a moment. Hypothetically, if the perpetrator was a white, middle-class, blue-collar working man without a college degree, what meme on this incident would have been driven by the media? Care to take a guess?

I’m so glad that President-Elect Donald Trump held a meeting with the media and let ’em have it!

I think what Trump did was great, necessary, and needed to be addressed. The media-of-mass-deception probably won’t change its dirty, often propaganda driven and lying ways, but at least Trump looked them all in the eye and called them out on their horrible ways and obvious deception!

“Phony News” or Targeted Censorship?

When I heard 0bama tell people to watch out for “phony news,” it occurred to me that his comment was most likely stated in order to put forth a lying, fake meme of some sort in order to try and protect the failed policies of his terrible presidency of 8 years and the Democrat’s failed candidacy of Hillary Clinton.

But I was curious to find out what, exactly, he was referring to in his comments.  My guess is that it certainly wasn’t the pandering, chortling, pro-Hillary mantra that the media-of-mass-deception spewed throughout the election process.  Nope!  He was all for that fake news scenario.   So what was he referring to?

Could he have meant his comment to be an attempt to cause people to ignore the Wikileaks documents that exposed the cheating of the Hillary campaign and all of the other bad news that was exposed about the far leftist lunatics?  What about the YouTube videos that exposed Hillary’s health problems?

Was he referring to the conservative, social media (like blogs), certain YouTube channels and memes that exposed Clinton Foundation and Democrat corruption on Twitter?

Was he referring to James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas videos that showed the stench of corruption and cheating going on in the Hillary campaign by Democrat election operatives?

What was it?

Ah!  Perhaps the following article explains it!

Notice that the one-sided article (obviously pro-Hillary) states things like this:

Hmmm…so where in that statement do we read, “Dem dirty tricksters?” Answer: NOT THERE!

Well, WND is on the case and reveals exactly where this meme came from!

[Note from Christine:  Zimdars and Hopey?  One would think that these are phony names if their true existence wasn’t actually revealed and verified!]

In response to the list, PJ Media’s Stephen Kruzier wrote “it’s no surprise that a college professor compiled this list; what’s galling is that the Los Angeles Times ‘reported’ on it without mentioning that it’s complete garbage.”

Sean Hannity’s website warned that Zimdar’s list includes “mainstream conservative sources” and “is giving us insight into just what kind of websites the left plans on targeting for censorship.”

Moral of the story.  They have been exposed and found out because of the true journalism of conservative websites and everyday journalists who brought forth the truth during the 2016 Election!

Lying is sin.  People can make mistakes and unfortunately (or even unknowingly at the time), put forth a lie as truth.  Thank God there is forgiveness for all sins through repentance and faith in Christ.

Col 3:9

Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,

Col 3:10

and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

Jesus had very strong words about people who deliberately and viciously lie; and just who the “father of lies” is:

Jhn 8:44

“You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

The second half of this Bible verse tells the truth of the matter:

Num 32:23

“But if you do not do so, then take note, you have sinned against the LORD; and be sure your sin will find you out.

You Are Being Lied To.

What happens when the schizophrenic media reality collapses when it comes into too sharp of a conflict with reality is the same behavior that schizophrenics exhibit when their perceptions of the world conflict with the real world.

The people venting and rioting and screaming were living in a cozy reality. Everyone in that progressive reality understood that history was on their side, that the majority was with them and that the right was a decaying mass of racists and corporations soon to be swept away by the tide of change.

But this wasn’t reality. It was a carefully constructed narrative that fooled even the people who were building it. It was a virtual world overlaid over the real world. Its narratives were so integrated with the real world that it seemed as if it were real. There were stories and polls. Everyone in their social media bubble, except a few crazy uncles agreed with them. All the celebrities were on board.

And then the holodeck got switched off.

Yes!  The holodeck got switched off during the Election of 2016!!!
