Atheists With Dead Souls vs. God’s Wisdom

Every year at Christmastime there seems to be a new take presented in the war against Christianity.  This time, the perps want to appear “edgy,” “a little funny” or “provocative.”  Well, the Bible describes it as something else! Mainly, the term foolishness comes to mind!

Psa 38:5

My wounds are foul and festering
Because of my foolishness.

Psa 69:5

O God, You know my foolishness;
And my sins are not hidden from You.

Pro 9:6

Forsake foolishness and live,
And go in the way of understanding.

o 14:24

The crown of the wise is their riches,
But the foolishness of fools is folly.

Pro 15:2

The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly,
But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.

Pro 15:14

The heart of him who has understanding seeks knowledge,
But the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness.

Pro 19:3

The foolishness of a man twists his way,
And his heart frets against the LORD.

Pro 24:9

The devising of foolishness is sin,
And the scoffer is an abomination to men.

Ecc 7:25

I applied my heart to know,
To search and seek out wisdom and the reason of things,
To know the wickedness of folly,
Even of foolishness and madness.

Ecc 10:13

The words of his mouth begin with foolishness,
And the end of his talk is raving madness.

Isa 32:6

For the foolish person will speak foolishness,

1Co 2:14

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”; [fn]

1Co 3:20

and again, “The LORD knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.” [fn]

1Co 3:21

Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:

whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas, or the world or life or death, or things present or things to come—all are yours.

And you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s.

Irrational Atheist Group

Oh boy…there is an Atheist Group (that) Wants To Rid The World Of Jesus Christ, Whom They Claim Doesn’t Exist.

How is that for irrational thought?

That idiot [at link above] holding that sign will one day meet an ugly fate if he doesn’t repent!

The only thing that I disagree with in that post is the idea that “they” will “try to kill Him [Jesus] again.”

Hmmm…another error in rational thought! I guess that guy believes that Jesus Christ did die and resurrected from the dead! So, besides wanting to “rid the world of Jesus Christ, whom they claim doesn’t exist [remember…they are supposed to be atheists!] they are also admitting that He did rise from the dead!

According to the book of Revelation, note what happens when Jesus comes back to “battle”:

Rev 19:11

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

Rev 19:12

His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had [fn] a name written that no one knew except Himself.

Rev 19:13

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

Rev 19:14

And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, [fn] followed Him on white horses.

Rev 19:15

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp [fn] sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Rev 19:16

And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

All that Jesus does is SPEAK (now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations) and the enemies of God are defeated!

Also notice that the “armies in heaven [are] clothed in fine linen, white and clean, [following] Him on white horses.” Not the usual kind of “armor” that soldiers would wear to a battle…unless they are just there to observe!
