When I saw that several TV news outlets tried to claim that Biden won the election, at first my heart sank. But then, my suspicions about it led me to realize that the lawsuits filed need to be settled and the election has not been certified.
President Trump wrote:

In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

I can understand the desperate focus on Pennsylvania: only Ivanka seemed to care that Alaska was finally decided for her father. But Alaska has only 3 electoral votes, only 1/8 of what the Keystone State has. DJT isn’t going to get that plum!
Even if he did…it STILL would not be enough to give him the required 270 electoral votes.

Well, that’s entirely possible. Why don’t you ask the survivors of the Michigan Liberation Movement and hear what they say? Oh, I forgot: they’ve got COVID-19 problems over there. Some of them are sick from it, some of them are dead from it, and the rest fear getting it.
When Tr*mp made that tweet seven months ago, Michigan already had the fourth-highest rate in the nation. It’s increased dramatically since then (along with everywhere else). I guess the movement just fell apart. So, yes—if you count that bunch who’d planned to kidnap and murder that same governor, that would count as controlling people unnecessarily, by provoking them to do something they wouldn’t ordinarily do.

If you look at the percentage of votes that Biden got in Philadelphia (81%!) vs. the rest of the counties, you’ll see that percentage is statistically impossible!

Well, they’ve had 62 years to work at it…but the ‘leading’ communist nation no longer exists. I’m pretty sure that that was not one of their goals. That doesn’t bode well for the rest of them.
First, there has to be evidence. All I’ve heard so far, from Tr*mp on down, has been claims.
Second, I’m confident that this will never reach the US Supreme Court. I’m not even sure it will reach the Supreme Courts of the various States this circus is being held in.
Third, god had nothing to do with installing Amy Coney Barrett. Credit that to those brown-nosers in the RNC who booked her a seat on the Supreme Court Express while they had Neal Gorsuch on a siding for nine whole months.
Hostess, if there’s all this PROOF of election fraud out there, why has none been disclosed in court? And why have the law firms tasked with providing it keep dropping out?

I got my Bible yesterday and read the book of Esther to refresh my memory about the events that took place. From notes section:
The book of Esther tells of the circumstances that were essential to God’s people.
The Jews were a minority in Persia. Haman was an enemy of the Jews and convinced King Xerxes to kill all of them.
On the day of Purim, God led Queen Esther to courageously intercede on behalf of her people.
The key verse:
“For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:14
Faced with death, Esther and Mordecai set aside their own fear and took action. They both resisted feeling helpless when outnumbered and powerless. They acted with courage. This teaches us, as Christians, to act with self-sacrifice and courage to follow God’s guidance.
There is much wisdom in this biblical account. The Jews were a minority in a hostile world. Mordecai was a faithful official of the king, worked within the Persian law, but did not compromise his integrity.

The following link is an essay that explains the electoral college method(s) during an election, as well as the remedies for discovered election fraud.
I recall a man who was a high school teacher if government in 2000, during the Bush v Gore election debacle. He told me the story about coming into his classroom and exclaiming “defecting electors, defecting electors!” It really got the attention of the students and they were assigned to do some research on the topic for classroom discussion.
The article at the link explains what that means and why it might be done during a disputed election. The article really helped me to understand why President Trump has the right to bring lawsuits in this election in order to find out the truth regarding all of the voting irregularities that have been alleged, and to be found.

Tr*mp got laughed out of court in Pennsylvania. He lost the recount in Georgia (and will probably lose it a third time, because he’s just demanded a recount of the recount).
By now, you know that Michigan has been confirmed for Biden again, which has led to the General Services Administration releasing all restrictions and allowing Biden to do what the rules entitle him to do. In case you’ve forgotten, that means he gets the information he’ll need to know before he takes office in January.
Pennsylvania is a lost cause; although a few Pennsylvania Republicans have filed an emergency lawsuit seeking to block certification of the election results, the results are there to see. Tr*mp lost by an even greater margin than he did on the first count! No amount of litigation, however frenzied, will change that. Losing/firing your lawyers certainly won’t help the suit.
Trump ended ‘Election Week’ with just over four million votes in the hole. Now he’s closer to a six million vote deficit.
Meanwhile, the clock keeps ticking. Litigation won’t stop that, either.

Hello Christine! I see Mr. Pilot is adept at repeating every argument originating elsewhere. I especially love the reply to the Coomer comment, “Oh come on!” LOLOLOL! Sounds eerily like Biden’s favorite, “Come on man!!”
I have to refer everyone to something Ms. Powell said in an interview, “I don’t say anything I can’t prove.” I just read most of her book, License To Lie …” I can say this of a certainty, she is no light-weight and I’m confident she isn’t putting her reputation, law license, lively-hood, etc. on the line if she doesn’t have evidence to support her claims. Isn’t it interesting how Bush stole the election from Gore in 2000 after multiple recounts (of which not one Gore prevailed). Trump stole the election from Hillary (via the Russians … which after years of investigations, nothing supporting the claim, but to the contrary it was Hillary and company who “colluded.”). Always a “conspiracy theory” until the Democrats pull one off. Mr. Pilot speaks of laughing in court. He seemed to miss the hearing yesterday in Pennsylvania where Giuliani and company presented the fact that Biden in the middle of the night got over 600,000 votes to Trump’s 3200 … the gasps in the hearing was overwhelming.
Win lose or draw we won’t be burning our local businesses down. We realize this isn’t just about this election. I think Ms. Powell is trying to expose this fraud mainly for future elections. Have a great Thanksgiving.

Mr. Pilot apparently must have delusions of grandeur regarding dementia Joe. GM’s hatred for President Trump, as well as his hatred for me and all Republicans/Trump supporters will cause him to defend the worst kinds of behavior and ideology of the Dem/socialist/China communist crowd.
There’s a new lawsuit from Texas going right to the Supreme Court against the 5 swing states that were obviously targeted with all types of fraud. Hopefully, more states will join in that lawsuit.
The Chinese “professor” caught bragging about the communist country’s influence on “high gov officials in the U.S.” proves that there are probably lots of treasonous traitors that need to be exposed, tried, and convicted. No need to name names. We already know who some of them are. (See that New York Post article about Hunter’s laptop.)
I’m so glad that President Trump is fighting on against the deep state cabal. He is doing it for US – the American people. It would be wonderful to see all these traitors to our nation taken down and locked up!

Yes ma’am, those on the left are either incredibly deceived or willing participants in every ungodly current event. They defend pedophiles, perversion, theft and lies. You can show videos of corruption, and have sworn witnesses … yet, “there’s no evidence” or “it’s been debunked.” I think President Trump shouldn’t concede at all and if team Biden is successful in stealing the election, he should attend his swearing in. Why, to congratulate him on stealing the election from the American people.

Knowing your distaste for the ‘Media of Mass Deception’ I thought to bring you up to date, in case you haven’t heard:
Michigan: lost.
Georgia: lost. For the third time since Election Day…er, Month.
Nevada: lost.
Wisconsin: lost.
Arizona: lost.
I do not know when the winning begins, but Resident Tr*mp had better hurry; he has only 44 days left as of noon today.
He has quite possibly lost more consecutive lawsuits (49) than anyone in history. This just might get him an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records!
At present he has exactly one win against those 49 losses. If he were a baseball player, Tr*mp would have been sent to the showers long ago. Doesn’t matter now, because he’s washed up anyway.

Great comment at Gateway Pundit link about the Texas lawsuit ( joined by 7 states and another one today – Missouri) and the equal protection laws in the US Constitution which protects unlawful voting practices that were obviously done in the states listed in the lawsuit!

The United States of America is a Republic. A Republic is defined as: “A government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.”
We the people; the heartland of this nation; tens of millions of voters do NOT consent to this election without proper investigations into the blatant and brazen vote fraud and other nefarious activity that has occurred in the so-called battleground states of our nation or unless otherwise remedied by judicial intervention.
The Democrat party especially, but the political establishment as a whole, along with powerful interest groups that the aforementioned are apparently beholden to, are opposed to PDJT and any agenda that ensures the United States exists as a sovereign nation and wherein the populace ultimately maintains power. Via their propaganda, they want the populace of this nation to concede their power to what they demand and what they insist.
Ultimately, tens of millions of Americans will neither accept the legitimacy of this presidential election nor accept what will ultimately be taxation without representation if this fraudulent election is allowed to stand. Civil disobedience will otherwise commence as we reject this lawless election.

First: “republic” is a common noun, not a proper one. It doesn’t need to be capitalized.
Second: tens of millions of voters DID NOT consent to this election without proper investigations into the blatant and brazen vote fraud and other nefarious activity that has occurred, which included sabotage and/or removal of sorting machines of the USPS and restricting the number of polling places in a number of counties (usually rural ones) in some states around the nation. Most of those counties are predominantly inhabited by…I believe the current term is “people of color”. That is disenfranchisement of people’s votes, a particularly nefarious activity.
Third: there is no ‘Democrat’ party. That’s just lazy labeling on someone’s part, and some like to use it as a low-level insult. If Identarian John is as well-informed as he wants people to think he is, he will know that, and refrain from using it if he wants to be taken seriously.
Tens of millions of Americans HAVE accepted the legitimacy of this election, and have watched with relief as the repeated attempts to overturn it have been rejected. Some of the President’s own appointed officials, including the Attorney General (who has never been accused of democratic impulses) and three justices of the US Supreme Court, have either declared the absence of voter fraud, or refuse to become entangled in multiple lawsuits that have no legal standing, and will go nowhere.
Prolonged civil disobedience is a full-time endeavor; ask any Black person who was around during the Civil Rights era sixty years ago. If IJ is willing to get out there and misbehave, more power to him. But after 1/20/21, I’ll be taking bets on who will be first to call for secession, and when.

According to law.Cornell.edu (and many other website links about the pledge) the word Republic is capitalized in the Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
It’s now 18 states that have joined with the Texas lawsuit against the “swing” states that violated the US Constitution in their illegal elections.
You need to read the lawsuit in order to understand what it’s truly about and why so many states joined along with Texas.

“Flag” is also capitalized in the Pledge of Allegiance, but it’s still a common noun, and doesn’t need to be capitalized. Such is usually done when referring to one specific noun. It’s a grammatic holdover from the 18th century.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit [pdf here] with the supreme court seeking and emergency injunction against Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia “from taking action to certify presidential electors or to have such electors take any official action including without limitation participating in the electoral college.”
The Texas AG argues that arbitrary changes made by the state’s governors, secretaries of states and election supervisors were “inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.”
The lawsuit states: “these non-legislative changes … facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution.” […] “By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.”
