Question: Has the Lord chosen Mr. Trump to bring America back from the brink of destruction?

The question asked in my previous post –  Is America Under Judgment? – brought forth more than 60 comments of conversation.

Well, I have another type of post to share today that may very well generate another heated debate.

As with any topic, the concept of truth vs. error is involved.

The utilization of discernment and wisdom from God (via His Word – the Bible) will become quite evident!

Watch and listen to the following video (below on this page) that was found in the comment section of a post at Now The End Begins: The Real Reason Why Donald Trump Was Chosen To Be The Republican Candidate For President.

Be sure to read the post, too!

[Note:  Watch and listen to at least 41 minutes into the video (below), but it would be best to listen to the entire video.]

Then, if you are led to do so, please share your thoughts, questions, opinions, and Bible-based commentary about what has been shared in the video in the comment section!

~ Christine

P.S. Update and clarification. I grabbed the provocative title of this post from a paragraph at the link shared (Now The End Begins – NTEB) to make a point. But in order to see my point, readers must also view the video (below).

My goal was to provide a possible explanation as to why and how Christians (who currently disagree about why God would instill Trump into the presidency… some are very “pro-Trump,” while others are “anti-Trump”) see the rise of Trump at this particular time in history.

Rick Wiles interviews retired firefighter Mark Taylor who was given this prophetic revelation in 2011. The Lord has chosen Mr. Trump to bring America back from the brink of destruction. Mr. Taylor wrote this amazing prophecy in 2011 giving us a glimpse of what’s to come and why all who attack Mr. Trump will fall by the wayside. What’s amazing is that this revelation has gone forth to thousands. The wrath of God has come not for the people of America but for the leaders of the establishment. The hour of judgment is upon them. The light has begun to shine and the darkness of evil will prevail no more.

Hat tip: Now The End Begins: The Real Reason Why Donald Trump Was Chosen To Be The Republican Candidate For President.

Excerpt:

I know that Donald Trump is not a Christian, nor has he run a “Christ-like” campaign. But in case you haven’t noticed, America is not a God-honoring nation, in fact we are the opposite. As a nation we murder unborn citizens, we glorify and promote the wickedness of the LGBT agenda, and we defend evil. I believe with all my heart that the judgment of God began to fall with the election of Barack Obama, and this election will not alter that course in any way. For those of you who were Ted Cruz supporters thinking you were going to elect a “Christian president”, his ties with Mormonism and the Dominionist cult movement disqualified him from that. – Geoffrey Grider at NTEB

Could HE be THE ANTICHRIST? When individuals have said that b4 about Presidents/Popes/etc. I just rolled my eyes but this guy . . . his arrogance is so over the top, for some reason he is charismatic (I don’t know why), even tho’ he ‘claims’ to be a Christian, he does just the opposite of what God would want/he lies so easily and people BELIEVE HIM! People blindly trust him, YET he taught his own children not to trust anyone ‘NOT EVEN HIM’! I cannot explain it but when he speaks especially “when America is great again” statements he seems, I don’t know, plastic if you understand me. I had the “opportunity” to meet him back in the 90’s when I worked for a bank that he was dealing with. He was no different then, then now. All the girls were swooning over him. I could not figure out why. I had to walk away. Anyway, I’ve got this strng feeling about him/Antichrist because of his waaaaay over the top arrogance, pride, lies, nastiness and yet people love him. Sigh . . . I hope that I am wrong . . .

I appreciate the more rational tone of this article, but the logic of Christians actively supporting Trump fails. Jews did not “vote” or give their seal of approval over Cyrus; they were conquered by a brutal nation because of a leadership failure. You say you were worried about “King Cruz” yet you are okay with comparing Trump to King Cyrus? Wow. And when did a man become responsible for his father’s words or beliefs? Last time I checked, each of us is responsible for our own conduct, including every idle word. You impugned Ted Cruz over nasty media articles – many from liberal sites such as Slate – that tried to paint Cruz as a Dominionist based on his father’s preaching. I believe evangelicals have been played. The media used the term like the way they paint evangelicals as radical fundamentalists.

Many of us who supported Cruz did not support him for being a Christian – who knows the salvation of any one person (and how can you judge the state of Cruz’s salvation? How can you say that Cruz is disqualified for “ties” when Trump has much, much worse associations?) – but we supported Cruz because he is the only one of the candidates with a viable shot who is a Constitutional Conservative and one who supports religious freedom. Cruz was hated more by the establishment than Trump – called “Lucifer in the flesh”. Those who support Trump have turned on the Constitution. Trump is a big government progressive. He will not build the wall – especially when he sees the price tag and the debt we are in. And what good is a wall when people can tunnel under, go over, go around, or go through?

The reality is we are facing financial collapse. We are facing nuclear attack. We are facing unprecedented natural catastrophe. The bible states that only a fool longs for the Day of the Lord. Who longs for sinners to be judged, when we should be praying for their redemption? The bible is clear that we will see the abomination of desolation standing were it ought not, and so we must be prepared for some hard times.

We will see churches lose there tax exempt status. We will see churches sued, closed, and pastors put in jail before long. We will see bibles removed from homes – a famine for the word is coming, so hide the Word in your heart.

Geoff,

What you believe about Trump and what you know are two VERY different things. Trump may very well be what God has in mind to rule America in the last days, (May God’s will be done.) but you have presumed to know the mind of God in this matter, and furthermore, you have supported a known ungodly man for president in the process. I just don’t think you can reconcile voting for him if we had other choices, and we did. The heathen and the ungodly at least have an excuse. You KNOW better. My mother, and quite possibly yours, always said, “Two wrongs don’t make a right.” That is the principle I see in play here. We have tried to reverse one wrong with another. In the grand scheme of things, it could be everyone gets a pass on who they support in elections, but I don’t think so. How do you suppose God will deal with the priests and the pastors that supported Hitler’s rise to power in WWII? Many Christians went to their death for how they handled that election because they refused to go along. We don’t know what Trump will do if he is elected. Some predict he will become a dictator worse than Obama or that he is a Trojan horse. Whatever you may think about Cruz, his track record was one of standing up for the Constitution as well as getting in the face of the RINOS in Congress. Prayer is what is needed now. We have sown our crop and are getting ready to the reap whirlwind.

You look at Donald Trump in terms of politics, but I look at him in terms of fulfillment of Bible prophecy. When I read my Bible, I see that revival is not coming, and that the end times are upon us.

Geoffrey, You have written a great article here, and more than likely, if we knew the future, you’ve hit the nail on the head with it. We all know that God uses people in ways that only He sees fit.
Even though critics were going at him in every direction, Trump just kept gaining in the polls. Like some would say, “he’s unstoppable.” God is in control of this.
I have to say again, Hillary is totally evil, to the very bone. Watch her!!

We have accepted homosexuality as an alternative lifestyle and this was the final nail in the coffin of the USA. It is being pushed hard through mass media, which Donald Trump is a master manipulator of. We were never going to vote a person that’s not degenerate into the highest office in the land. The media can make the masses believe anything they want, that’s why saturating our souls with Gods Word and growing in His grace and knowledge is the only thing we as a country can do to arm ourselves agains the god of this world. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are both agents of Satan. This is God’s permissive will, He is allowing this rebellion to take place it should cause Christians mature in the faith to bow in humility NOT to get excited about the divine discipline that’s about to ravage this nation. That’s what is so disturbing for me to see. No humility, just a bunch of I TOLD YOU SO’S. But then this is where we are.

This morning while reading my Devotional and doing my study, my spirit led me to Jeremiah 23. I am going to write some of the scriptures here which is directed to “Prophets” and encourage you to read the entire chapter.

Thus says the Lord of hosts:

“Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you.
They make you worthless;
They speak a vision of their own heart,
Not from the mouth of the Lord.

I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran.
I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22
But if they had stood in My counsel,
And had caused My people to hear My words,
Then they would have turned them from their evil way
And from the evil of their doings.

God Bless You!

    Christi,

I do not know how to say this in the written word without sounding like I am being harsh or judgmental, so I will just state that what follows is said with a sad heart. If the reader will accept that I am sincere about this, you’ll understand my message. If not, then you will likely see me as an adversary 😦

GOD IS NOT CALLING DONALD TRUMP TO SAVE AMERICA!!!

How do I know that with certainty? I read my Scriptures and I OBEY THEM! Those who are trying to force Trump into a savior position are trying to control God’s Word rather than follow it. This is how I know I am not wrong.

I wrote more specifically about this here:

LESSONS IN SCRIPTURE: Trump Supporters And The Cry Of ‘God Uses Sinners’ Reveals Christian Ignorance!

But I’ll try to summarize. God DOES use unrepentant sinners to do His work. Read Scripture: He calls Nebuchadnezzar and the Assyrian “My servant.” But look what these servants always do: THEY BRING JUDGMENT DOWN ON GOD’S PEOPLE (then they are humbled or destroyed in return — AFTER God uses them). If Trump is being used, then it is in this way, and for this purpose: not to restore.

God’s Word tells us that the darkness has no part in the Light. Trump is Biblically defined as part of the darkness. That means, unless we ignore — or worse — try to change God’s Word, Trump cannot be part of anything that directly restores. At best, Trump may be the vehicle by which God will shake His people in a desperate attempt to wake us up. But, personally, I think that was Obama. If God’s pattern holds, the next ruler will destroy and scatter us.

The Church has mixed itself with things of the world. We have become like Esau (Edom). EVERY time God’s people do this, God judges them — every time! This is because of His prophecy as given through His servant, Isaac, to Isaac’s son’s, Jacob and Esau. Isaac said Esau would serve his brother, but — eventually — Esau would throw of Jacobs yoke and make Jacob serve him. In prophetic terms, this means that, if Jacob (God’s people) stop doing what they are supposed to do (be salt and light), then Esau will have a claim against Jacob and the birthright. When that happens, Esau throws off Jacob and Jacob is trampled (salt that looses its taste is cast out and trampled under foot).

The image of the heel trampling is strong in Scripture. It means the one with the heel defeats or subdues the one being stepped on. Trump is of Esau. If he rises to power in a ‘Christian’ nation, it can only be because the people have stopped being salt and light — most likely because they mixed themselves with the unclean (Esau/Edom).

Our founders understood all of this. They flat-out told us that, if we start electing infidels (people who do not believe and LIVE their beliefs), we would lose our nation.

Shun, as a contagious pestilence, … those especially whom you perceive to be infected with the principles of infidelity [un-belief in God] or enemies to the power of religion. Whoever is an avowed enemy of God, I scruple not to call him an enemy to his country.

–John Witherspoon, Sermon at Princeton University, “The Dominion of Providence over the Passions of Men,” May 17, 1776.

[read more about our founders assertions connecting Christianity to liberty: https://theroadtoconcord.com/americas-christian-foundation/in-the-founders-words-the-essential-role-of-religion-in-public-and-civic-life/ ]

This is Trump. By Trump’s own words, he is an enemy of God. According to one of our greatest founders, this makes him an enemy of our nation, yet we do not understand this?! If we do not understand this, we do not understand Scripture; and if we do not understand Scripture, why are we so certain God is going to save us?

ALL this talk about Trump being our savior is self-delusion. Our Savior is CHRIST AND CHRIST ALONE! We are told to make disciples of the nations. When we start doing that, HE will do the rest. But until we get back to doing His work for Him, we will continue to be chastised — and that is usually done by God allowing His enemies to swing the rod.

Did you have time to watch and listen to the video? I have gone through it twice.

I would like your opinion about the man who claimed to have “an angel visit him” and then “write this (so-called) prophecy.” The man speaking about his “prophecy” in the video seems to think that God will use Trump in a positive way – to bring “America back from the brink of destruction.” In contrast, Geoffrey Grider (owner of NTEB) seems to side with the idea that this “modern day prophetic idea” of Trump becoming president would actually be for the reason to bring about the end times.

Note this comment Grider had made:

In contrast, the man in the video (the retired fire-fighter) has the opposite belief that God will “use Trump” to help get America back from “the brink of destruction.”

I asked a lot of readers to read both the post (at NTEB) AND view the video from the comment section. However, Grider states in his post the following clue as to where he stands:

I do not see a coming new ‘glory day’ for America, I see an unsaved world preparing to go through the Tribulation after the Rapture of the Church where they will meet Antichrist. That’s what’s coming.

This is a very brief (and possibly poor) summation of the divide between Christians regarding Trump. But I would love to hear your take on that man’s claims in that video!

Whew! I was worried for a moment there!

I tried to “clear up the confusion” in my post by adding additional information at the beginning, and separating the NTEB comments more clearly.

As you may have noticed after reading Geoffrey Grider’s NTEB post, he DOES agree with you (and I) regarding why God would most likely be “using” Trump at this time in history.

Our flesh gives us the desire(s) of seeing this world restored (according to our “works”) – but our spirits, souls, minds, and hearts know what Christ has in store for those who love Him and who are called according to His purpose.

        Rom 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

        2Ti 1:7

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

        2Ti 1:8

Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God,

        2Ti 1:9

who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,

I’m not sure how to put this without sounding like a “wise guy” but I have to say something…
It troubles me when someone says that God uses ungodly people and “THEY BRING JUDGMENT DOWN ON GOD’S PEOPLE (then they are humbled or destroyed in return — AFTER God uses them)” as I don’t believe that’s entirely accurate. God used Darius in the book of Daniel, Cyrus the Persian, and Artaxerxes in allowing Nehemiah to restore the wall, etc. Even when Christ sent his disciples to fetch the colt … the owner was used by God to allow the disciples to take it. I mean there are countless instances in the Bible where God uses sinners to fulfill His will
I have a feeling that God uses unrepentant sinners daily to His will and I’m not sure if they are “humbled or destroyed” afterward.
      I suppose eventually they are,
In other words, God is able and has used unrepentant sinners for His glory and for good stuff as well.

      • Black3Actual Says:

OK, l understand your concern, but this is a case where I have replied with the expectation that the reader has some knowledge of Scripture (lest I have to write a book otherwise).

First, when I say ‘humbled or destroyed afterward,’ it does not mean ALL or MUST BE. I was saying that, to the extent that such people become humbled, it is usually after they have been used to humble or destroy God’s people. And then, only when it is in the context of God using them to deal with His people as a whole.

Second, that IS the context in which I wrote: God using unrepentant sinners in context of dealing with His people as a whole. The owner of the colt (who we do not know WASN’T a believer — so we should not assume), that person was not being used in a direct way in dealing with God’s people.

HOWEVER, Cyrus may be the example I have been asking for, THANK YOU! It would seem he DOES prove that I may be wrong to make blanket statements about unrepentant people not being used to restore God’s people. So I will have to go back and amend my post on the OYL.

THAT SAID, I STILL reject the notion that Trump is such a person. There is nothing in him that even hints that he will do any good. That is all us — as individuals — reading our hopes and prayers into his words. It is EXACTLY what Obama’s supporters did with him, and look what that got everyone. But Trump has even more of the warning signs about him. He has great potential to do great evil, and a wise person, especially one who seeks to walk with the Lord and heed all His many warnings, a wise person would not partner with the likes of Trump, and voting for him most certainly IS partnering with him.

I also understand that many people see Hillary as worse, but I do not see a difference between them. They are both lawless. In reading back through Cyrus today, though he was a pagan, I do not see where he was lawless. He seems to have had some sense of justice about him that he kept to. Hillary and Trump both think justice is whatever they want at the time. I’m not sure we can say that about Cyrus, but that is not the point. The point is, God’s Word teaches us to stay away from lawless people.

I know this will not sway those who feel justified in supporting Trump. I get it. But, if Limbaugh can abandon everything he has claimed to believe these past 20+ years just so he can support Trump, then how much more must a believer abandon to support the man? THAT is a line I cannot cross. I have done far too much damage in this world already. When I see so clearly that I could lend my hand to doing even more, I simply can’t. Others will just have to decide for themselves.

    A Followup:

I know many believers will not be very happy with my last comment, so let me ask them to get into the Scriptures before rejecting my message.

In Judges we find many verses that say words to the effect of: “The children of Israel (i.e. God’s people) did evil in the sight of the Lord…” [examples: 2:11, 3:7, 12 and 4:1].

In every case, these words are followed by word to this effect: “So the Lord delivered them into the hands of…” [examples: 2:14, 3:12, 4:2].

In this nation, ‘Christians’ defend abortion, homosexuality and champion a boastful, unrepentant blasphemer for President. Now, if this is not “doing evil in the sight of the Lord,” I do not know what is. So, to then expect that God — who does not change — would then NOT “deliver them into the hands of…” is to expect Salvation without Grace! It just doesn’t happen — because GOD says so (not me).

Now, call me whatever name you’d like, but I am a soldier of Christ, and that means my first duty is to love the Lord with all my heart and might. When I read His Word, He tells me I do this by learning His Word and ways and keeping to them with all my heart and might. So, if choosing to follow my Commander’s orders makes me your enemy, I would ask:

“Who does that make YOUR commander?”

      • Black3Actual Says:

        Ditto!

As far as Scripture goes, ALL End Times prophecy has been told. I would accept people telling me they were warned that the time is short, or He is coming soon, but not an addition to what has already been told. So his claims to not match prophecy.

Besides, to the extent that America is in prophecy, my understanding of Scripture would be that it is ONLY in connection with Ephraim, and Ephraim is MANY nations. So that would likely mean it is not America, but all those nations derived from England. But this is a longer discussion about Ephraim. The key point to this discussion is that prophecy does not deal with ‘America’ unless as part of Ephraim, and Ephraim “comes back to Israel trembling from the West.”

So, if Trump is prophetic in any way, again, it is most likely (almost assuredly) as a means of judging God’s people to the point that we turn back to Him — even possibly fleeing America to return to Israel.

        2Co 13:5

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

        1Th 5:21

Test all things; hold fast what is good.

        1Jo 4:1

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Please forgive me. You asked a direct question and I gave a very detailed answer when there is also a much shorter one.

I discount any claim that Trump will ‘save’ America because Trump is a modern-day Nebuchadnezzar. He is arrogant, boastful and rebellious toward God. I cannot find a single time in Scripture where God used such a person to restore His people.

Additionally, in America, Christians are mixed with the world (they have mixed their light with the dark — the clean with the unclean). On top of that, the Church is arrogant and boastful — certainly NOT repentant. We are in the same Spiritual state as Israel when Isaiah and Jeremiah were warning them, and we are responding the same exact way. I cannot find a single place in Scripture where God restored His people after they became so profane as this without FIRST chastising them.

So, add 2+2 and I get 4: Trump is not going to save us, but he may well scatter us. Simple as that.

So far, it looks like just you, me and Night Wind were willing to take the time to read the linked post, view the video, and then comment.

I have something to add. In the beginning of the video, the radio host mentioned that the fire-fighter (who shared the prophecy) told his doctor and wife about it back in 2011. The doctor’s name is Don Colbert, MD.

This might be just a coincidence, but I recently purchased Colbert’s book (which was published in Dec. 2015) entitled, “Let Food Be Your Medicine – Dietary Changes Proven to Prevent or Reverse Disease.”

        How ironic is that?

The book is really good and has been helping me with inflammation problems by avoiding gluten in foods (it’s everywhere!) and following a modified Mediterranean diet.

Only time will tell whether or not the “prophetic” firefighter was correct about Trump…or not.

Trump, like Obama, the Bushmen, the Clintons, and Sanders are simply the reflections of the society that produced them. The problem with our culture is that it is (currently) driven by narcissism and the desire to avoid personal responsibility. Americans vote like they go to Church: they show up and drop some dough in the collection plate, and everything else is the Church’s responsibility. They vote just like that: cast a ballot for whichever candidate says what they want to hear—then afterwards, it’s up to the Government.

Both faith and freedom require actual public participation to function. Church and State can only do so much if the public is unwilling to contribute anything towards their efficient functioning.

      Amen! 🙂

The spirit of Esau. If we will recall, Esau wanted the blessing, but he rejected the duty that goes with it. He wanted the rewards, but refused the heritage which produced them. America is succumbing to the spirit of Esau (and what does prophecy tell us God does to ALL of Edom?)

      Very true!

Look at how many Millennials are mesmerized by “free stuff” Sanders? Why is that? Besides the obvious “narcissism and the desire to avoid personal responsibility” they have NOT been taught how socialism has drastically failed in history. Heck…they don’t even need to do that. Just have them look at the horrors going on in Venezuela today! Ugh….

Wow! Just read the following post at Kingsjester’s Blog:

With Some Telling Christian Americans to Stay Home in November and Not Vote, Evangelical Leaders to Meet With Trump.

Personally, I have not told anyone “to stay home in November and not vote.” Would never do that. However, I have the right (and Christian obligation) to share what I see going on in this political season, and then share my concerns. For me, discernment and the Wisdom of God via the Scriptures takes precedence over any human desire here on this earth.

According to the quotes shared in that post, It sounds like Rev. Franklin Graham might be voting for Trump. Never thought I’d be on opposites sides with him!

The upcoming evangelical leaders meeting discussed within the post doesn’t give me any confidence. Recall that many “evangelicals” met with 0bama and fell for his lies. Back then, many of the “evangelicals” happened to be black and were from the leftist social justice crowd.

At least the blogger there wrote this:

“Each of us must decide for ourselves, whom we will vote for.”

    He concluded:

Your Individual Salvation is not determined by your vote…but, by God’s Grace.

However, the much-needed Reclamation of America must certainly will be.

And, that is why this Christian American Conservative is voting for Donald J. Trump.

“A Charge to Keep I Have.”

    Until He Comes,

    KJ

Well…I take that statement of “A Charge to Keep” differently than he does.

I appreciated what he wrote here:

As Christians we are instructed to individually listen to that “Still Small Voice” inside us.

While Christians, in church and outside of it, represent the corporate Body of Christ, according to scripture, we each possess the gifts of Free Will and Discernment.

However, is the “still small voice inside us” that he is describing coming from the Holy Spirit? Or, is it coming from someone else? That is the big question.

As far as “free will and discernment” are concerned, that’s true for each Christian. However, I didn’t see anything written there that discusses God’s Wisdom and Knowledge. Hmmm…wonder why he left that out?

HA! The last time Trump was seen with a bald eagle, things did not go as planned.

As to whether we as a nation deserve him…well, some people think we do, and for reasons similar to yours.

“The hour of judgment is upon them. The light has begun to shine and the darkness of evil will prevail no more.”
‘[E]vil will prevail no more’…Until the next time. There never seems to be a shortage of evil, and one never needs to go far to find it.

Prophecy tied to a race horse? Well, “American Pharaoh” IS an appropriate name to apply to Trump. Some people on these pages have made similar comparisons.
Ex-firefighter Taylor invokes the old belief that Obama will attempt a third term. According to persons speaking in 2012, he was supposed to have canceled the elections back then! That didn’t happen, and neither will this new “threat”…but I could be wrong.
Bring it up again in five months, when Trump will or will not be President-Elect, and we’ll talk.

I looked at the “some people” link.

I agree that we need to get away from the “nonstop orgy of hate and anger;” as well as the terrible foreign policy, pro-Islamic everything!, disastrous illegal immigration law breaking, social indoctrination, and suppression of Christian beliefs (to name just a few) that has been the terrible legacy of the BHO BADministration.

Whether or not Trump will accomplish anything to reverse the 7+ years of damage that BHO and his ilk have wreaked upon our nation is unknown at this time.

    Joe,

Thought I would start another comment thread for this.

    You wrote:

As far as Scripture goes, ALL End Times prophecy has been told. I would accept people telling me they were warned that the time is short, or He is coming soon, but not an addition to what has already been told. So his claims do not match prophecy.

    Exactly!

The man claimed that he had a “prophecy.” This is NOT the same thing as having a word from the Lord (which, is usually gained through due diligence, Bible discernment, wisdom and knowledge!) and certainly should never include something as silly as a horse race winner!

When people make outrageous claims like that, they are sending a warning signal to Christians to “test the spirits” from whence it comes.

    1Jo 4:1

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

This is not my personal test – but it is God’s – through His Word! This is precisely why we need to study the Bible and abide by 2 Timothy 2:15.

    2Ti 2:15

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

One more thing. The fact that Islam and Mormons have added their own “books” to the Bible negate them as truth.

    Rev 22:18

    For[fn] I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add[fn] to him the plagues that are written in this book;

    Rev 22:19

and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away[fn] his part from the Book[fn] of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Explains why Islam, which is listed under “major religions of the world” is plagued with error, violence, evil, sin and death.

Explains why Mormonism is listed under the subtitle of “cults, new religions, and the occult.”

EXACTLY! Mormons and Muslims are both of an antichrist spirit. Both teach a different Christ and a different Gospel. Also, they both claim Christ’s role as the final prophet. There is nothing in either religion which can save. All they can do is lead their followers astray, and that is the path that will keep you from entering the Wedding Feast.
