Ultimately, What Is The Truth About Trump?

H/T for graphic:  cnn.com

So…just who are you Donald?

There is a blog called “The Last Refuge” (a.k.a. “The Conservative Treehouse”).  Late last night before signing off of this blog and closing down my browser, I noticed this post:

The Last Refuge: Donald Trump Creates Widespread Confusion Telling West Virginia Voters to “Stay Home”..

Jeepers creepers, apoplectic freepers! There are now over 800 comments in that thread! People there were absolutely frantic and wigging out over a not-so-smart comment that Trump made at a West Virginia rally yesterday. Basically he stated:

“Now what I want you to do is save your vote,” Trump told the crowd in Charleston, West Virginia. “You know, you don’t have to vote anymore. Save your vote for the general election, OK? Forget this one, the primary is gone.”  (link)

That blog is one of the most pro-Trump blogs on my reader list. Of course, little ole’ Talk Wisdom isn’t on theirs. I sincerely doubt that anyone  over there would want to read any of my posts that share my strong reasons for reservations about a Trump presidency. It will be interesting to see whether or not a link (that usually automatically appears on Word Press blogs) [Update:  link was either blocked or needs approval] stays up at that blog and/or if anyone would venture over here to read this or any other post. I think that the commenters over there typically scare away any blog commenters who disagree with their enthusiasm about Trump.

Well, I’m not afraid to share positive points about Trump and his family. My friend Steve over at Cry and Howl has a private blog now. But I must give credit where credit is due because that is where I found the link to Western Journalism where a brave black female employee and supporter for Trump shared her heartfelt views in a YouTube video. It has over 2 million views so far and perhaps it will be featured in future general election ads.

I would like to make one correction to what Ms. Patton stated on the video. The comparison of Trump to Hitler (at least in my neck of the woods) was NOT to the Holocaust era (1939-1945) of Hitler’s horrible killing spree and dictator rein in Germany. It was a comparison to the 1929 – 1938 era Hitler – who used his grandiose speeches and his verbal and literary skills in order to win over the German people.

Excerpt from Oil For Your Lamp blog:

OK, now, whether you love him or hate him, the best story on the comparison of Trump to Hitler is probably the Glenn Beck piece. That is because Beck explains why the comparison is legitimate by pointing out that the people making these comparisons know history better than the average person. By that, Beck means they know who Hitler was before he became known for starting the Holocaust and WW II. The people comparing Trump to Hitler are not saying Trump is the 1939-45 Hitler, but the 1929-1938 Hitler. Hitler was a different person before 1939, and it is that person to whom people are comparing Trump — and as you will soon see, they are correct to do so. [Read it all HERE].

Once he earned their trust, the Holocaust Hitler came years later.  The “Holocaust Hitler” was not the Hitler that my friend Joe over at Oil For Your Lamp was describing.  Could Trump follow in such evil footsteps as those of the 1939-1945 Holocaust Hitler?  I hope and pray the answer would be NO!

People can read my legitimate concerns about Trump from this list.

I sincerely hope that Ms. Patton is right about Trump. But I have worried about Trump’s true character for some time now.

Ironically, the following video [link below] came up right after I was listening to Ms. Patton’s video over at YouTube. If I had not been so busy writing the rest of this blog, I wouldn’t have heard it!

The Scary TRUTH About Donald Trump.

That video, this post and this post are what I have found, so far, to be most troublesome and concerning about the man.

So…what is the truth about Trump?

Each of us must decide that very important question!

Hat tips to all links.

Those of us who know Hitler’s early years, and the political mood of the whole world in the 1930’s understand that Trump is actually a greater threat than Hillary. ALL the warning signs are there — including the blind support of people willing to use force against his opposition. But no one wants to listen to us anymore than they wanted to listen to the voices warning the world about Hitler. This is why history repeats: because human nature never changes! We simply refuse to learn (which is why God’s Words calls us ‘stiff-necked:’ we cannot be guided in the right direction).

So, do you support Trump or not? You sound as if you want to, despite what you’ve learned.

If Hitler had died in 1939, he might have gone down in German history as one of their greatest statesmen. But let’s not forget that by that year, he had:

secretly rebuilt and rearmed the Army

secretly built the air force (Luftwaffe)

retaken the demilitarized zone between France and Germany

taken the German-occupied area of Czechoslovakia, and later, all of Czechoslovakia, through negotiation and bluff

removed civil protection from certain minorities in Germany (Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, certain Christian groups)

    incited rioting/vigilantism against Jews

    established the first concentration camps

set the German economy on a war footing

He knew long before 1939 exactly what he wanted to do. His belief was that Germany’s ‘manifest destiny’ lay in the eastern lands, and that meant that Soviet Russia would have to be destroyed. As I said before, these ideas didn’t just pop into his head that spring; he’d always had them.

But he is long dead, and Trump is very much alive.
Trump will not be a second Hitler, he will be a First Trump. (He doesn’t like being second in anything.)

So will you hold your nose (again) and vote for him? Will you fall back on your “we must not put our hope in men…” position, as you often do when your preferred politician fails you? Or will you just sit out the conventions and campaign, flinging poo in all directions? I doubt you’ll do that last, but I’ve been wrong before.

    Hello Christine.
I have to say it gripes my grunt that folks think Trump supporters are “mesmerized” by Trump’s speeches because they are so Hitler-like.
Come on folks! This election isn’t even about Trump. It’s about being fed up with career politicians and lies we’ve been fed even by the Tea-Party supported Republicans voted in and then do the opposite.
It’s ludicrous to suggest Trump will be worse than Hillary. A stunning suggestion to say the least.
I’ll sum up my feelings with this. If Trump stop the illegals crossing the border and stop the Muslim invasion (I don’t care how he does it) then I’m good. I don’t give a rat’s rear-end about raising the minimum wage or taxing e-cigarettes or the rich right now.
I’ll check out the links you provided Christine.
I pray you and your lovely family are a-okay! Have a safe and blessed weekend.

I sincerely hope you are right, Steve. Those two issues should be front and center because both illegals and Muslim “refugees” (with terrorists hiding amongst them) continuing to cross the border are the greatest danger to our nation today.

The links that I shared about Trump are…quite frankly…devastating! That is why I’m still asking the question…”Ultimately, what is the truth about Trump?”

Thanks for the prayers! My family is doing great, thank you!

Be safe and blessed as well!

A month ago, you were concerned that you hadn’t heard enough substance from him on the issues to have any confidence in him as the Republican nominee. I assume you’ve learned a few things since then, and don’t like them.
For someone who has refuge and strength through the political storm, you sound very worried. But you still have choices.

      gnat in the Bible

only in Matt. 23:24, a small two-winged stinging fly of the genus Culex, which includes mosquitoes. Our Lord alludes here to the gnat in a proverbial expression probably in common use, “who strain out the gnat;” the words in the Authorized Version, “strain at a gnat,” being a mere typographical error, which has been corrected in the Revised Version. The custom of filtering wine for this purpose was common among the Jews. It was founded on Lev. 11:23. It is supposed that the “lice,” Ex. 8:16 (marg. R.V., “sand-flies”), were a species of gnat.

Since when do you ‘strain at a gnat’? Earlier, you let your paladin do your work for you. You haven’t strained at anything.

Don’t give him your vote. Convince others to not vote for him.

The quote I included in the comment happened to contain the error of those who misspoke when they claimed Jesus said, “strain at a gnat” (which he didn’t say) when he said:

        Mat 23:24

“Blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel!

There are lots of blind guides today. Some of them visit this blog and because of their rejection of Christ and their blindness about Scripture, they “strain out a gnat and swallow a camel.”

What is written at this blog isn’t all about you; even though some of your comments seem to try to do that.

The title of this blog post is, “Ultimately, What Is The Truth About Trump?” People can come here and share their views. We used to be likewise. We used to talk about tea and travel and (once or twice) music from the ’60s, in addition to religion, and even when we disagreed, we “agreed to disagree”. Then along came 2008 and you got certain ideas into your head about Obama, and things went downward from there. I’m reactive, not pre-emptive; I can only respond to what you say here, not initiate anything. I just point out things you seem to find uncomfortable.
Like now, for instance. You’re upset with Trump, but you’re ragging on me! Seven of your last ten posts have been about him, but I didn’t make him. Blame your CINOs for that.
Every time you complained about our ‘Islamofascist dictator’, you talked about “We the People” and hoped for a popular movement to get him out of office. Well, you’ve got your movement now, and The People have spoken! They have decided that they want Der Furor…and you don’t like it.

Five years ago you applauded Trump for his supposed ‘investigation’ into Obama’s BC, but even then you expressed doubts about him. I would be surprised to hear that anything you know about Trump now wasn’t available in 2011, but you ignored it. He’s been called many things, but ‘stupid’ isn’t one of them. What you said back then may well have been part of his plan. If so, he’s almost finished it.
So what are you going to do about it? Prayer might help, but campaigning against him might be better.

What is the truth about Trump? He’s proof that there’s some things money can’t buy. He’s a businessman who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing (Wilde). He’s a mountebank who seeks the highest office in the nation, and who just might get it…and if he does, in a year even you will wish Obama was back.

We have this sort of knock-down, drag-out fight at least twice a year, and it always starts the same way.
I tried to be polite this time; as said earlier, I don’t like Trump any more than you do. It would have been–should have been—an opening for further discussion. But it wasn’t.
If you wish to continue to compare me to a gnat, so be it. But also remember that you designated me as your favorite nemesis, and I will therefore do what a nemesis does.
    You always have a choice.

    Good morning Christine!
I went over to OYL to check out the Trump/Hitler comparison. It was a bit lengthy for me to take all of it in but I read through a lot of it. First, the mentioning of Genn Beck would have been enough to sour me almost immediately. I think you know how I feel about Mr. Beck. However to be fair I kept reading.
All I can say is that nearly all of the “has Trump ever ….” can be applied to just about anyone, especially in politics. The “violence” thing by some of his supporters for example is quite unfair towards Trump as I don’t see where he has control over every individual who might attend a Trump rally. What about the guy who tried to attack Trump? I guess we could say that Trump inspired him to attack him …
Anyway, I gotta go. I’m at work as usual.
Have a great weekend Christine, don’t forget your ‘gnat swatter!’

      Cry Howl,

It might have been unfair to connect violence from his supporters directly to Trump — EXCEPT TRUMP TOLD THEM TO DO IT!

Also, I am not a fan of Glenn Beck, but I listen because — when it comes to matters of politics and history — I have found he is usually very accurate. It is a mistake in reasoning to dismiss something just because of who said it. We have to evaluate the argument, not the person giving it.

      Christi,

When people can look past such obvious evidence, they demonstrate that they are looking to excuse, not for truth. I know. I used to be one of them.

Maybe you should vet Mr. Beck like you’re vetting Mr. Trump. You might be surprised even dismayed with what you find. I’ve written several articles on the young man. I’ve heard that even the Ol’ Boy (devil) can speak truth when it supports his goals … which the sum are lies.
My question is “whom are you supporting in 2016?” Sad to say, but Mr. Cruz has bowed out. That leaves us (it seems) with Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump. Perhaps you can sit this one out and then tell us how much America has declined morally, economically, educationally and militarily,
Perhaps waking to the call to prayer will inspire you to think about what you used to have …. because I can promise one thing. All other issues will seem irrelevant when you don’t know if your wife and kids can go to the local park in safety.
The two issues which I’ve already mentioned many times are what’s important to me and obviously millions of other Americans, Christian and otherwise.

I mean this respectfully (honest). Have you been watching the coverage of the election? Donald told his audience to “knock the crap out of them” and offered to pay to defend anyone who did:

And he said he wanted to punch protesters in the face, which promptly lead to his supporters punching protesters in the face:

As for vetting Beck, ask Christi how well I do that. I am NOT one of Beck’s favorite people. HOWEVER, I give credit where it is due and, when it comes to matters of history and current political events, Beck has a track record better than anyone else in the public sphere.

As to who I will support? I do not know — yet. I will vote. That is a duty. But I will not vote for Hillary or Trump because — character and policy wise — there is no difference between them.

Finally, your sarcastic attitude tells me a lot about where your interests lie — and it would suggest they do not lie with the truth, but with self-interest. 😦

Again, HE said it, not me. Remember, anyone who tells you they have never asked God for forgiveness because they have never made mistakes or done anything wrong has assumed — in their heart — the throne of God. Now, you can disagree with me all you want, but you will be battling Scripturally sound doctrine — not opinion. Again, you may differ, but I fear the Lord too much to stand on that ground.

Some folks would just want Trump to stand there with a target on himself. Who’s to say the next ‘tomato’ would actually be one? The last one … a 78 year old man punched a guy trying to disrupt the rally. i didn’t hear Trump say anything in the video about it. Some folks have a vivid imagination, or is it “vain” imagination?
Thank you Christine for a great post.

Yes, the two videos are of the same incident, but that same video addresses two different thing. First, he told people HE wanted to punch protesters. Then he told others to do it for him and offered to defend them if they did it. It resulted in people being attacked.

You asked for evidence, then reject it when it is provided. Then you make a comment about ‘pettiness’ in reference to those who see and try to warn about what Trump REALLY is. And on top of all this, you imply you are on solid Scriptural grounds to do so. OK, fine, but understand, your objection is not with those of us who see the Truth, but with yourself for being blind and refusing the correction of God’s Word when it was offered:

        1 Cor 5:11
“But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one.”

Trump claims to be a believer, but then he boasts about his serial adultery, and about how he has used the law to steal the investment of others because it was ‘good for him.’

        Proverbs 22:24-25
“Make no friendship with a man given to anger, nor go with a wrathful man, lest you learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare.”

Trump lashes out in anger toward anyone who disagrees with or opposes him. It is a habit with him.

        2 Cor 6:14
“Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?”

Trump is lawless. He has admitted it with his own words. Every time he boasts “I will,” he is telling the world he has no concern for the law — man’s or God’s. Yet, those who claim to be of the light are willingly joining with this darkness???

I have just given you three witnesses from God’s Word. There are more, but only those who truly fear God will hear and heed. How do I know this? Because I TRY to hear and obey.

But, as you say, I’ll quit now — but not because you tell me to, but because the Lord’s Word does (again, two witnesses):

        1 Cor 15:33
“Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”

        Proverbs 14:7
“Leave the presence of a fool, for there you do not meet words of knowledge.”

    Gentlemen!

Yes…I know that the “Trump question” will remain heavy upon our minds as this election year continues. It is difficult to make a certain determination regarding what kind of leader that Trump would be if he is the one elected. Many posts ago, I had written that despite my reservations about Trump, I surmised that he would be light-years better than either HilLIARy or Bernie the Commie!

When Cruz dropped out of the race, it left me with no one that I approved of to vote for. Sad, but true in my case.

Those who are Trump supporters are adamant, and no one (including little ole’ me) is going to be able to talk them out of voting for him. Those who are “Never Trump” are just as adamant about their position! So, who will ultimately win this election? I don’t really know.

Interestingly enough, I read the following article earlier this morning and thought I’d post it here:

Is Trump America’s Knight in Shining Armor?

I have respected David Kupelian and his writings for decades. I was a bit surprised with this article, but he did mention the negatives (and possible unknowns) about Trump while still making the decision to support him in the election.

The one thing that was missing from the article was the fact that while claiming to be a Christian, Trump stated that ‘he doesn’t need forgiveness from God.’ I wonder why Kupelian (who is Christian himself) left that out of the negatives regarding Trump?

    Kupelian concluded:

Could Trump really accomplish what others have not – safeguarding our border as Gingrich suggests, finally bringing much-need jobs back to America to relieve a dying economy, reviving the abused American military, and at long last dealing boldly and decisively with the fast-metastasizing cancer of Islamic jihad whose stated No. 1 target is the American homeland?

Trump, like all other candidates, is a strange brew of good and bad qualities. Despite those defects, he has a powerful leader-fighter personality that many believe is exactly what a decimated and demoralized America needs right now. He speaks from the heart and millions strongly resonate with him.

The real question is: Is Trump’s heart good? (Most everything else can be helped out by the right advisers.)

    I think it is.

Besides, Trump may just turn out to be the bold outsider – the flawed but fearless knight – who surprises everyone and slays the dragon.

And that would certainly be better than electing a new dragon in Hillary Clinton.

Kupelian considers Trump “the lesser of three evils.” Perhaps he envisions Trump as this generation’s type of Cyrus – a secular leader in biblical times who was considered a good leader.

Who knows? The truth is, we really don’t know until it happens.

No matter what, I think that we are all in for a bumpy ride…

I love reading about brave Christian leaders who know they will be bashed for their Bible-based beliefs, but aren’t afraid to say it anyway!

Russell Moore should have also included this:

      1Ki 18:21

And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word.

A great lesson for us all!

It is very telling that Trump only likes the evangelicals that support him, but disparages those who don’t. And…he wants all republicans to “unite” behind him??? When has the guy ever been magnanimous towards anyone who doesn’t happen to agree with him?

      magnanimous:

      adjective

      1.

generous in forgiving an insult or injury; free from petty resentfulness or vindictiveness:
to be magnanimous toward one’s enemies.

      2.

      high-minded; noble:
      a just and magnanimous ruler.

      3.

In my 43 years of being born again I’ve run across many “humble and proud of it” types … I believe it’s called being ‘self-righteous.’
Apparently you and sister Christine didn’t go back far enough in your own link. It seems that Jerry Falwell Jr. has endorsed Mr. Trump. The other guy I’ve never heard of. I think it’s odd that Christians are attacking other Christians because of the support they’re offering Trump. It’s like “I’m more Christian than you because you’re supporting Trump!”
If that isn’t petty and arrogant I don’t know what is. These clowns rank and rail and call Trump every ungodly name in the book and when he retaliates suddenly he’s the bad guy.

The implication that, because Falwell supports Trump, this must mean there is nothing unscriptural in supporting Trump is a fallacy. It is called “appeal to authority.” When we make a conclusion based on bad reasoning, we have no reason to trust that conclusion. And before anyone tries to tell me God does not care about how well we reason, I would ask, if that is true, then why did God give us Solomon and the Book of Proverbs? Or tell Isaiah, “Come, let us reason together?”

So, to those who point to other Christians who support Trump and say that this means they are doing no wrong, I remind you of something I have not forgotten:

THE GERMAN CHURCHES AND THE NAZI STATE

      https://www.ushmm.org/wlc/en/article.php?ModuleId=10005206

These were some of the reasons why most Christians in Germany welcomed the rise of Nazism in 1933. They were also persuaded by the statement on “positive Christianity” in Article 24 of the 1920 Nazi Party Platform, which read:

“We demand the freedom of all religious confessions in the state, insofar as they do not jeopardize the state’s existence or conflict with the manners and moral sentiments of the Germanic race. The Party as such upholds the point of view of a positive Christianity without tying itself confessionally to any one confession. It combats the Jewish-materialistic spirit at home and abroad and is convinced that a permanent recovery of our people can only be achieved from within on the basis of the common good before individual good.”

Now, it may be ‘false humility,’ but I have no reservation telling someone who calls themselves by the Lord’s name that, IF you read this and CANNOT see the parallels, then you have scales over your eyes!

Oh, and do not be fooled: just because we are not seeing antisemitism in the U.S. today does not mean that we are not seeing the same spirit at work. It has just taken another form (i.e. hatred of immigrants, the rich, etc)

It grieves me that two of my brothers in Christ are battling each other over a political candidate.

Steve, I have tried to share some positives about Trump in my posts. Did you see that I posted David Kupelian’s positive article about him? However, I have also posted my concerns about him. The title of this post is “Ultimately, What is the Truth About Trump?”

I think that after 7+ disastrous years under 0bammy, it is wise to seek out and discover everything we can about future political candidates.

Look, in case you missed it in a former post here, my very best friend in the world (26 yrs. and yes she is Christian!) is totally pro-Trump. She even said to me that she doesn’t like Cruz – because of the way he looks! (Heard that a lot!) But this doesn’t mean that I no longer love her as a sister in Christ and best friend! I voiced my concerns and she is still adamant about him.

In 2008 and 2012, I tried to sound the alarm bells about 0bama. Those who were mesmerized with him and didn’t check his background (because the media of mass deception refused to do its job!) ended up voting for him – some twice! Some people voted against him in 2012 (Kirsten Powers admitted this) but others, despite all the damage that was done to our country in the first four years just went ahead and voted for him again because of the (D) next to his name!

I don’t want to vote for someone just because he has an (R) next to his name! I have said before that if he does get in then I hope and pray that he keeps his word on building the border fence and prohibiting Muslim refugee immigration precisely because terrorists will hide in that population and carry out attacks. Look at what is happening in Europe!! Ignorant Angela Merkel is killing her own country!

I get it, Steve. I do understand why you are putting negatives about Trump aside in order to protect this country of ours! I hope and pray that this is done! However, I personally choose not to trust Trump because of the support (financial and otherwise) he gave to the Clintons over the years, as well as his arrogance about not needing to be forgiven by God. Such an attitude is evidence of not being born again in Christ. It’s just the truth and can’t be denied. Alarm bells went off in my mind when I saw his “buddy-buddy” attitudes towards them and the financial support for the Clintons. I worry that he is just a Trojan Horse, designed to get Hillary elected after all!

All of the other reasons why I can’t support him are listed in various posts here. If you are interested in reading them, here’s the link:

    Talk Wisdom Trump posts

I know. You’re going to tell me that if I don’t vote for Trump, then HilLIARy wins. Nope! My one vote here in CA isn’t going to make any difference. Why? Because CA, the land of fruits and nuts will overwhelmingly vote democrat in the general election anyway. My vote does not count here!

However, it makes a difference to me, personally, because I will have kept to biblical principles… the morals, values, ethics that I believe in and also the integrity that comes with voting my conscience.

Can you understand that this doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m here to tell you who to vote for?

This is an “agree to disagree” scenario. But please know that you are still a great friend and Christian brother to me! 🙂

      Christi.

For me, it is NOT about politics, but obedience. IF God’s people had clung to His Word and His teachings/commands, then maybe, just maybe this nation would not be in the position it is today. So, for me, this is not about Trump, but Scriptural principles — and our witness for the Lord.

I mean, if God’s people will justify compromise for worldly reasons, then what power is there in our witness? All the world will see is hypocrisy, and they will take it as proof that Yahweh and Scripture are of no more value than any other god or idol.

THAT is what this is about for me. I just use Trump as an example, but I can use many more if need be…

Basically, that is what I am trying to say here at my blog. Ultimately, it IS about obedience!

I know that I am guilty of compromising and justifying it for worldly reasons. We are told in Scripture that we will one day have to choose between our faith or worldly rewards. We are there, at this very moment in time.

The worldly will see hypocrisy no matter what we do. We can be the strongest Christian, yet the world will reject what we say and do because they have already rejected Christ. Why should we expect to be treated better than our Savior and Lord? We shouldn’t!

The world already sees Yahweh and Scripture being of no more value than any other god or idol! This is written in the prophecies of the end times (as I’m sure you are aware) and again, we will either stand in the face of it or fall into worldly compromise.

I have been guilty of choosing “the lesser of two evils” in my past. I just can’t do it this time. My conscience has been seared by the Holy Spirit of God and I cannot deny this fact.

I agree. It’s not just about politics or this election. The further we fall from what our Founders envisioned for this nation, the more we deserve rebuke and judgment from God. Why should we be any different from Israel when her people strayed from Yahweh in the Old Testament?

The enemy of our souls knows his time grows shorter and shorter as the years go by. His attacks on God’s people will be faster and more furious. God is watching who will compromise their faith for worldly gain. We must decide…are we going to be the wheat that will be gathered into the barn or the chaff that is thrown into the fire?

P.S. Did you read the Syncretism Stew post here? It’s quite the eye opener for realizing all of the non-biblical beliefs and “isms” that are currently compromising and corrupting genuine Bible-based Christian beliefs! It explains a lot concerning how so many people and church denominations these days turn a blind eye to sin, evil, and corruption.

Okay, I can see where this has gone. I noticed Mr. 3Actual didn’t respond to my comment about him never participating in a presidential election before.
Perhaps you both can enlighten me as to who was the born-again Christian you voted for in previous elections. Romney? McCain? G.W. Bush … according to the definition within the scriptures that 3Actual seems to throw around in an attempt to demonstrate his “purity.”
I see where Christine admitted to voting for the lesser of two evils before. However, now we’re faced with literally a do or die situation and suddenly our conscience is getting smitten?
Okay, I’ll leave you two to pat each other on the back for your stand against the wiles of the devil. In the next few years look forward for the call to prayer at 6 a..m.
Let me ask you something 3Actual. If your wife was getting raped by some weasel and a guy who wasn’t a born again Christian came along and rescued your wife, violently plummeting the perpetrator, would you appreciate it? You strike me as the kind of person who would be vexed that “scum” actually had the nerve to intervene.
    Anyway, I’m outta here.
