During these tumultuous times, rarely does a day go by where a blogger like myself can’t find several (if not dozens!) of important topics to cover.
Today, I will share three topics.
First, is the importance of maintaining the biblical definition of marriage and why it matters concerning religious liberty here in the United States of America.
Second, I will mention two blog posts that reveal some things you may not hear about on the MSM regarding the Freddie Gray/Baltimore riots debacle and may even destroy the narrative that is causing the riots.
First topic.
The Supreme Court hearings on homosexual “marriage” is a serious one. That has been covered by several bloggers listed below.
Excerpt:
Today’s American Liberals, from Barack Hussein Obama on down to the Internet Troll, sitting at his computer in his Mom’s Basement, munching Cheetos, want Christians, like myself, to “change” our view on homosexuality, in order to proclaim Adam and Steve as husband and…err…husband.
What they do not understand, nor wish to, is the fact that man did not label it as deviant behavior and a “sin”.
GOD DID.
His Word, as revealed in the Old and New Testaments, with the Holy Bible, states that fact, over and over again.
Christianity is not something that can be boxed in, from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon on Sundays, as the President and the rest of the Gay Mafia seem to want it to be.
Nor can it be changed and modified to fit a culture which is currently embracing relative morality and situational ethics.
God’s Word, as is its Author, is eternal and unchanging.
The Supreme Court Justices must understand that, by undermining the Faith of Our Fathers, they are undermining the Solid Rock from which sprang forth the principles upon which our country was founded.
The future of America is in their hands.
“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness – these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. … And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion.” – President George Washington’s First Inaugural Address, April 30, 1789

Back in 2005, long before the movement to legalize same-sex marriage had gained cultural momentum, the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty held a forum on the question of gay marriage and religious freedom. The forum included major legal theorists on both sides of the marriage issue. What united most of the legal experts was the consensus that same-sex marriage would present a clear and present danger to the rights of those who would oppose gay marriage on religious grounds.
Marc D. Stern, then representing the American Jewish Congress, put the matter directly:
“The legalization of same-sex marriage would represent the triumph of an egalitarian-based ethic over a faith-based one, and not just legally. The remaining question is whether champions of tolerance are prepared to tolerate proponents of a different ethical vision. I think the answer will be no.”
That was a prophetic statement, as we can now see. Stern continued:
“Within certain defined areas, opponents of gay rights will be unaffected by an embrace of same-sex marriage. But in others, the impact will be substantial. I am not optimistic that, under current law, much can be done to ameliorate the impact on religious dissenters.”
Keep that in mind as you consider the oral arguments in Obergefell v. Hodges, the same-sex marriage case that sets the stage for the legalization of same-sex marriage in all fifty states — and sets the stage for what may well be, in the United States, the greatest threat to religious liberty of our lifetime.

At one of my former blogs [Protect Biblical Marriage*] I wrote about the dangers of the radical homosexual agenda going too far and how the true aim of such activists is two fold. First, to destroy biblical beliefs on sexual morality and secondly, destroy the 2,000 year old definition of marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

Second topic.
Next, we have the Freddie Gray/Baltimore riots debacle. Fox News has reported that another person arrested with Gray claims that Gray was “banging his head against the walls” of the police van.

[The segment that I am referring to within the broadcast starts at about 3:39.]
Although the topic in the segment is a very serious one (regarding “Russia threatening Israel after selling arms to Iran”) the portion where 0bama comes into the picture…well…you will just have to see the segment for yourself!

P.S. Showed the segment to my husband yesterday and he had a great comment about it. Will share that later.
