A commentator on Fox News helped to possibly “explain” why 0Zero sides with Iran (and wants to make a nuclear deal with them) while stating that IS/ISIS/ISIL is not really “Islamic.” The man claimed that 0Zero believes in the Shite side of Islam. Therefore, he rejects the Sunni side. The interview was on The Kelly File. I searched the Fox website for the video clip, but didn’t find it there. I do recall Megyn Kelly saying – at the end of the conversation – “well, that would explain a lot.”

Is President Obama a Muslim? A lot has been written about this, but if photographs speak louder than words, then a photo taken at last August’s U.S.-African Leaders’ Summit in Washington D.C. might shed considerable light.
It shows Barack Hussein Obama flashing the one-finger affirmation of Islamic faith to dozens of African delegates.

The Associated Press took this astonishing photo as the African dignitaries joined Obama, who hosted the event, in a State Department auditorium for a group photograph. It was published in an article in Britain’s Daily Mail, and it was the only use ever of the photo.
The one-finger display is the distinctive Muslim gang sign: The index finger points straight up while the thumb wraps underneath and presses against the digital phalange of the middle finger. The remaining fingers are squeezed against the palm in order to highlight the extended forefinger. The extended finger is symbolic of the one-God concept of Muhammad and is understood by all believers to be a symbolic shahada, the Muslim affirmation of faith: There is but one God and Muhammad is his messenger.

Once I read the entire post over at American Thinker I literally felt sick to my stomach! I had just finished my coffee this morning and was about to have some breakfast, but my queasy feeling in my stomach won’t allow me to do so.

The author states that 0Zero may have done this, “as a joke,” but with the way he is NOT handling the increasingly worldwide Islamic terrorist threat, as well as the list of pro-Muslim actions posted in my previous blog post, can anyone possibly believe that it was a joke? I certainly don’t!!!
Apparently, the Muslims there approved of 0Zero’s “sign.”
The Daily Mail editors did not understand what they were looking at. They captioned it “finger wagging” by Obama. But the African dignitaries understood, and a range of reactions can be detected among the ones who observed the gesture: amusement, surprise, curiosity, disapproval, contempt. Note the reactions of Abdelilah Berkirane, the prime minister of Morroco pictured just behind Obama’s left shoulder, and Ibrahim Boubacas Keita, the president of Mali in white garb and hat. They are Muslims through and through, and they are all smiles. They knew what Obama’s upright forefinger meant.
The reaction of Togo president Faure Gnassingbe, at the top row second to the left, is less approving. Through his face you can read the mind of this Sorbonne- and George Washington University educated leader. His mind is screaming, “You gotta be kidding!”
Gnassingbe’s country is squeezed between Benin and the Ivory Coast and is not far from Nigeria and its Boko Haram plague — perhaps a two-hour flight in a slow Cessna from Togo’s capital to the Nigerian capital, less than an hour in something faster. At the time of the Washington conference, Boko Haram’s leader Abubakar Shekau had just declared Borno State in northeastern Nigeria as the seat of his caliphate. Massacres of entire villages were taking place; only a few months earlier nearly three hundred girls were abducted from a Borno secondary school.
Togo has seven million people, 50 percent animists, 30 percent Christian. The remainder are Muslims, part of the umma. Gnassingbe and all other non-Muslims of Togo have reason to worry about radicalization of some of these members of the transtribal supertribe of Muhammad who reside among them. And so his look of disdain. “You gotta be kidding.”

While I completely understand the sentiment you express, I’d ask where’s your sense of Holy Adventure? The destruction of the Prince of the Power of the Air will of necessity mean the obliteration of this old sinful world. Sin’s Power must be burned and completely consumed. I take that to mean that everything tainted with it (meaning – everything there presently is) must be burned. 2 Peter 3:10 comes to mind. Even old John, in Revelation 22:20 had the courage to say: “He which testifieth these things sayeth, surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus.”
Max, I say this is an outstanding, fantastic time in which to live. The darker the earth gets, the better Heaven looks. Let’s not get wrapped up in the destruction and forget to focus on the New Heaven and the New Earth. God is GOOD. Every single minute

If you’ve accepted Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross for your sins, and believe that he rose on the third day, conquering death, you don’t have to fear Gods’ coming wrath. The coming Day of the Lord is for those who have rejected his son, Jesus. We all still struggle with our sinful nature while here in this flesh but Jesus died for our sins: past, present and future. God sees not us as we are but He sees us clothed in Jesus’ righteousness. May God give you comfort and peace today and always.

I never did hear your final verdict on Obama’s alleged secret Muslim decoder ring from a few years ago (and which you seem to have purged from your blog archives). This is just one more ill-fated attempt to link him to them. It will have no more success as the earlier ones have had.
*You know, the guy who hinted that a former Indonesian military pilot was responsible for deliberately crashing the civil airliner he was flying to Singapore back in December? After the wreckage was found, he (and you) suddenly went all quiet about that. What happened, anyway?

Sigh, Mr. Pilot, the photo of Obama “wagging” his finger is on several sites which admittedly took me a bit of searching to get the confirmation the photo was genuine. One person feared it was photo-shopped. Okay, for me the title of the piece of which you diligently provided a link to is rather childish and shallow. Obama simply giving a “wag” of the finger or actually giving a Muslim salute is irrelevant to me. Let’s see … and I hope you’re able to track with, if it “walks and quacks” like a duck, sir, it is a duck. Whenever Obama has referenced Islam, each and every time it’s positive. Whenever Obama has referenced Christians or Christianity it’s been negative. Obama was born to a Muslim father. He went to school in Indonesia … studied Islam, the Koran, etc. By definition, his speech and his actions, he’s 100% Muslim. Personally, I don’t give a rat’s ass (forgive me Christine) what he is, until he refuses to admit it’s Islamists who are committing the current atrocities in the name of Islam and placing the United States and her citizens in danger with his open door policies and blanket amnesty. When his administration forces the FBI to exempt scrutiny of Islamic mosques in the U.S. which time and again have been found to breed terrorists. I have a problem with that. When references to Islam are removed from FBI terror training literature … I have a problem with that too.
Now, please don’t insult my and even your own intelligence with a history lesson of the Crusades or the Inquisition …. We’ve gotten those things in control sir.

In one of my previous posts, you can scroll down and read several other reasons why 0bama acts more like a Muslim (at least, a Muslim sympathizer) than a Christian. In fact, as Steve commented, whenever 0bama speaks of Jesus Christ or the Christian faith, it is negative! I don’t know any genuine, born-again Bible-based Christian who would ever do that.
In fact, out of the four photos you shared, three are professed Christians, Netanyahu is Jewish, and Rush Limbaugh didn’t make the same sign that 0bama did (no thumb coverage of index finger).
When a person is at a sporting event here in America and they point their finger up in the sky, it often is depicted as the sentiment that “we are number 1.”
Tim Tebow, known well as a professed and devout Christian, had his eyes closed in reverence to the Creator and the Lord Jesus Christ as he pointed up to heaven and lifted his face in that direction.
When 0bama made that sign, he was walking in front of many Muslim leaders from Africa, whose faces truly showed that they knew what 0bama was doing! Take a look.
The look of despair on Togo president Faure Gnassingbe (at same link) signified that he also understood what 0bama was doing.

There is a fact of life – and it is that everyone dies. 100% death rate in this physical world. But the promises of God through Christ instruct us that we need not die spiritually.

I know that it might be difficult to believe that this needs to be pointed out, but many, many other world leaders have previously been photographed pointing their index fingers upward, from Margaret Thatcher to George W Bush and Sarah Palin! So this is either pure nonsense, or several other recent U.S. and foreign leaders were secret Muslims.

Please read my reply to Bryce because it covers your objections to the American Thinker author’s commentary as well as reasons why pointing fingers upward can mean different things to different people.
The evidence is overwhelming that 0bama is at least a Muslim sympathizer, if not a Muslim himself. Whenever he talks about Christians, it is almost always in a negative way.

Eh? I’ve already reconciled myself to a life without a god I no longer believe in. Why do you sound surprised?
Fact is, YOU won’t be happy until YOU are reconciled unto God through Jesus Christ—and when you are, you won’t even remember me, let alone be concerned about my destiny. I applaud your boldness in saying so, but given our past contention, it does sound as though you wish me ill.
You once told me (correct if I’m in error) that your wife was a Christian. Therefore, we already know her eternal destiny.
She was raised a Roman Catholic. I’m uncertain whether you still consider them to be Christians. I understand you were also raised as one, and yet you abandoned the One True Church for another One True Church.
As for knowing her ‘eternal destiny’–well, that is also an unsubstantiated claim.
There is a fact of life – and it is that everyone dies. 100% death rate in this physical world. But the promises of God through Christ instruct us that we need not die spiritually.
If spirits are not ‘born’, then they cannot ‘die’. They can only change, as physical matter does. But a fact of life is that no one has ever shown conclusively that spirits exist at all. It seems I’m not the only one here flinging unsubstantiated claims around.
